 Your exactly correct, Man of Steel. Majority of bettors have very short term memories. Granted the Chiefs have somewhat righted the ship that was floundering for much of the year. Many think beating Buffalo in NY in adverse weather conditions was a great accomplishment. But Buffalo had key injuries on the defensive side of the ball that made sledding easy. Ravens came into this playoff game too emotional and made multiple mental and physical miscues throughout. Chiefs defense and Mahommes magic should prevail against a small of stature short armed Purdy + they’re handin you a free chip or two to boot.

Not enough credit is being given to chiefs defense.  If they can limit Ravens to 7.  I cant see how the niners will do that much better! Lions put up 31 points.  They couldve put up more honestly. They left points on the board! Surely the GOAT can put up close to those numbers!

Chiefs Defense has now faced the 3rd, 4th and 6th ranked offenses in PPG this post season and are averaging 13.6 ppg against.  These teams average 27.4 ppg as a group.

Niners were #2 in ppg.

What are your reasons you think SF will win?

SF was 2-3 against AFC teams this year. Brock Purdy played two teams with hardly any playoff experience. You want to talk about the Chiefs being lucky. They dominated the Ravens in the first half, punched them straight in the face and Baltimore lost. That game was easy to call early. The SF game was not. Dan Campbell lost the game for the Lions. The Conference Championships are not week 10.   The Chiefs are not giving up a 17 point lead. Pop is going to going for over a hundred yards so that is a great prop. They will beat the Niners just as they beat the Ravens, running it down their throat and sitting on the lead and Mahomes will make the plays to win the game.

I have a future on SF at 8-1 but I am not confident in it. The biggest difference for me is the SF defense. Wilks has ruined that defense and they play the softest zone I have ever seen. It makes no sense the D they are playing.

That’s what the talking heads said. They started in a soft zone and got destroyed, changed it up in the 2nd H and the rest was history.  27 unanswered is wild. That is not happening against Mahomes.

Chiefs are 18-2 on the 2nd H Under this year. That trend continues as they grind Niners down in the second half and Mahomes manages them to victory. They are 28th in 2H scoring and FIRST in 2H scoring DEFENSE. What is the old saying? Defense wins championships.
