Absolutely agree with the line move. That big of a swing is reserved for the starting QB to be out. We saw an eager public take a simple view of the revenge angle and the snowball effect turned into an avalanche. This was a game Eagles or nothing IMO.
Roughing the passer now includes not landing with your full body weight on the QB? Seriously??? What's next, putting QB's in giant bubbles? More and more, the refs are deciding outcomes and not the players. If you're an ATL fan, tell me you weren't screaming at the TV on the Jones non-catch deep in Philly territory. That was a catch and the ref looked at it too.
Honestly, the game is going the way of handicapping officiating crews, not the teams. Too many people will die of heart attacks watching games now...
