I guess I look at lotta stupid stuff, like simple fact that since Thurs, 14 NFL games played. Only 1 game (Skins) did spread figure in, other 13 games covered by winner. And 5 good dogs.
So maybe I'm wrong like I am a lot, but think spread is irrelevant again and best team wins, so I'll save the vig. If I lose no biggie, still great week for me.
Both these teams inconsistent, yet both live in the WC hunt. When it comes down to that, I'm taking the team with the Coach and the better D. You can have is-he-or-isn't-he-hurt-again Reggie, TO Matt and the #1 "dropped" pass receivers in the league, and a pass D that ranks 25th in league and allows over 250 ypg. Think Harbaugh smart enough to know Megatron gets his catches, but smart enough to make someone else beat them. Think that's where Lions fall short. Reggie doesn't show up for big games too often and Matt finds ways to give em away.
Lions only 2-5 SU last 7 inter-conference games and lost last AFC homer outright to Bungles as 3 pt chalk. Saw and collected on how good Bungles are on the road last night, now 2-5 SU on road. And 3 wks later went to Pitt as 2 pt chalk, again got stuffed there 37-27. And as far as home field, lowly Bucs only road win (0-5 others) came at Ford.
NFC won all I-C matchups this weekend. Doesn't happen to often, don't think tonight. My money on Joe, Ray, and a bunch of guys who've been this route before.
GL all get Bowl'ing shoes ready
