The average QBR the Panthers D has face is a 49.8 rating

Week 10 Vs Tom Brady

Brady who's last outing versus the Steelers posted an incredible QBR of 97.7 and got back to the typical offensive powerhouse expectations with season highs in several categories;
33 first downs
197 rushing yards 
432 passing yards
and a 58 percent conversion rate (7 for 12) on third downs.

Their 610 total yards of offense were the third most in franchise history, and for the first time in team history, there were three receivers with more than 100 yards: Rob Gronkowski (nine receptions, 143 yards, touchdown), Aaron Dobson (five receptions, 130 yards, 2 touchdowns), and Danny Amendola (four receptions, 122 yards, touchdown).

Although Brady's current season QB ranking places him 15th overall, look for this number to continue to rise dramatically every week as the Patriots become healthier on offense and begin to finally pile up the numbers.

There is no argument that Tom Brady is a future Hall-of-Famer, and a caliber of QB the Panthers have not faced yet this season.

Regardless of who their opponent is, I think this is an absolutely TERRIBLE spot for the Panthers after a huge upset win last week in San Fran. Now add in all of the above factors and The Patriots to this mix off a bye week....

Yes but Brady only has QBR of 56.9 for the year and Carolina has an excellent D with possibly the best front 7 in the league. How does that figure in. Don't base your play on last week's play. Brady has a huge game on tap next week against Peyton Manning. Will he be distracted? Not likely but there are many other variables one can look at. BOL with your play tonight.

you are 100% correct...My point being that his season QBR of 56.9 this year will continue to rise dramatically if they stay healthy. He's avg QBR sits around a 75 annually...and equally important to all of that, I think this is a real bad spot for the Panthers after a significant road win last week in San Fran...also, Bill won't ever let these guys look ahead...not happening, especially off a bye week and considering the Panthers head turning win last week...

.........  padded stats against the lowlife of the NFL ---- aside the hawks and niners panthers have faced a bunch of nobobdies, derailed, taispinning teams.... any defense can look like the 85 bears against those teams

You can throw out the first game of the year for almost every team in the league....So be happy about that even though they lost to the Seahawks in that game and Russel Wilson's sophomore season opener...As far as last week goes, I think it's a great win for the Panther's on the road against a very good San Fran D! However, holding Kaepernick to 91 yards passing? Are you comparing Kaepernick's ability to that of Tom Brady!!??? Panther's are in a bad spot tonight....And I am a big Cam fan btw

Well, thats why they won in San Fran last week...problem is that NE has a legit passing game right now and that will also help their running game...GL tonight, but I think there are many many factors working against your Panthers
