No offense, but a good capper would of waited for the line to get better and it has at +10.5...So, why did you come out sooooo early?

Proportion of $ bet on the ML relative to the spread is wack. Either +9 should be higher or you're overextended on the ML play.  Prob the latter but i hope u drill it. Bol

Razor - the date was 10/13/2008 and the cleveland browns were 1 - 4...  Derek Anderson was awful - breylon edwards couldnt catch a ball and the... Guess who entered the building the underdogs building on Monday night - the defending champions - New York Giants - you know what their record was 4 - 0.... 

They had ripped off 9 + games going back to 2007....

Score 35 - 17 Browns won...  If the Cleveland Browns could do it that night - this Jets team could win a super bowl

yup except the browns had a healthy team and their top wide receiver was on the field ... none of which the Jets are right now .. so good luck finding offense

to add .. Giants where Superbowl Champs so they already tasted glory ..not so hungry .. your going against a team starving for home field advantage after last year playoff run ... knowing they would have gone to a superbowl if they were at home and didnt suffer all those injuries ...good luck that game and this game have nothing in common but the spread and that is was a monday night

Love a good brew myself.... drinking a tall New Castle as i type. Give Xingu a try if you havent already, exceptional Brazilian beer.... and just a side note if one can love Opus that means they partake on a regular basis, which also means whatever your wager on tonights game youll be fine no matter the outcome but im with ya so go Jets + whatever points i get locally. razor you are one of the top 3 cappers in my book on this site love your college plays and i will have a  small play on the jets tonight not because you like them so much but because this is the NFL meaning not for long..no one gave the colts a chance to beat green bay stright-up sunday...every body think back to the famous coach dennis green monday night deal ...i haved watched houston every game this season and they are very good but anything can happen on any given monday night...tim tebow just told lisa salters that mark sanchex would lead them to a victory tonight....maybe the cold  new york weather helps the jets nose  out a win....jets 17--16.......

i completely disagree with you on this play and thats fine, i wont try to make my points cuz i know you have yours (what few they may be) and you have already place your bet early in the week which absolutely baffles me especially if you wager heavy and are a veteran....

why would you place your wager on an underdog soo early int the week?? the public perception is that the texans will win which will drive the price of the texans up and the price of the jets down... you got the jets ML at +300 and as of right now my book has it at +400, looks like your losing money and the game hasnt even started yet though it shouldnt matter though cuz in the end the texans roll

Same exact thinking here. Motivation plays a huge role in these games. Jets are in do or die mode, Hou in cruise control...sets up nicely for a home dog upset.

Reasons : Ryan is 5-1 SUATS versus undefeateds; 3-0 SUATS as a home dog versus a foe off a win; 11-3 SU and 9-4 ATS when his team does not have a winning record.

You have probably never seen me in these forums before, as I RARELY play the NFL.  I stick to MLB and CFB because of the fact that in this league, shit like the Jets winning this game happens EVERY WEEK.  That's why I don't bet on it, but I was looking at this one, and I really appreciate your post.  Anyone coming in here and telling you how good the Texans are, etc needs to wake up and realize that a TD+ home dog is huge, and remember that one hit to Sanchez means Jesus Christ is in at QB, and the Jets will win.

That's why they play the games bro...GL, and I like the POY...

This is the type of situation that makes no sense for the jets to be even close.  So look out, seen it to many times.  Everyone on the Texans and jets slide in with the effort of the year.  I bet Rex has been on them all week after that performance last week.  Athletes pride make a big difference in games.
