No different than a guy getting intentionally dinged with a 96 mph fast ball or intentionally hitting a guy with a hockey stick.  Seen both plenty and only a few games suspension.

More proof its fake. Watch it a few times. Garrett probably  wasn' supposed to hit him and he didn't follow  threw thst hard. Rudolph  knew  something  was coming. He stood up and waved his arms in complaint.  They get paid millions  to put on a show.

He’ll be suspended for the rest of the year and rightfully so. Titus, phamily wasn’t making an excuse for Garrett, he was purely stating a fact. Rudolph for some reason was trying to pull off Garrett’s helmet while they were on the ground. This clearly sent Garrett (who’s a very emotional player) over the edge. What Garrett did was embarrassing to himself, the Browns, and the NFL. He’s done. Pouncey imo shouldn’t even be fined, let alone suspended.

Below the face is not the same?  How about getting a 100 mph pitch thrown at your chest.  Do you know the severe damage that would cause.  I wasn't disputing which one was the most egregious, we could both agree all three could be classified as assault and wouldn't wanna be hit with either 3 but to the OP title I just didn't think based on the other sports Garrett would get suspended for the whole season.

Sorry but you can't kick a guy in the head when he is laying on the ground, on the football field or anywhere else.
