A friend who is a very seious gambler plays a strict anti-public strategy......this is the first year I've played it, and it's been a real eye opener. It's amazing when you go against teams that take 80 percent plus of the action, how the crazy gambling things(goofy backdoor covers, goalline fumbles, goalline stands late in garbage time, goofy pass interference calls, games that go over or under with garbage time turnovers etc.) start to go your way. It takes discipline because it sometimes makes you go against your first instinct and bet teams that seem to be in a bad spot at first glance(i.e. Rex Grossman the last 2 weeks of the season with covers), but it's been ny far my best season. Taking all emotion and handicapping out and picking strictly against the public. Some Sundays theres a lot of games, others very few......but its been very profitable.
Anyway.....thats why I have no doubt that the Bears will cover 3 1/2 and likely win the game.
I love watching all the ESPN and NFL Network people pick the Packers. Makes me more confidant.

With you BEE! GLTA.
Not saying one game is significant...but curious what happened to the Bears back on December 12 in Chicago, when NE pasted them 36-7?

On the Steelers-Jets matchup, I have seen some good write-ups. I have not seen a write-up, however, that matches the depth and detail of bodio's analysis. I was on many of the angles that bodio points out, but he has captured it in a hall of fame write-up. Go to bodio's thread and you'll get what you need.
