NFL draft Bears

I might be in the minority, but I think Justin Fields is a good QB when he is healthy. He is an Ohio State guy and if I were the Bears I would take Marvin Harrison Jr. for the first pick. He is the best player in the draft and those two together would work well. 

Nope.. will be Fields 4th year and they have to pick up his 5th year option before season starts. Gotta start paying him if he is long term answer. Draft a new QB and u on a rookie QB pay scale for next 4 years and u can build up the team faster. 

You guys drafted Trubisky over Mahomes......No way you can pass on a QB with a possibility

to change the direction of your Future....

Bears have two 1st round picks in the draft

1st > QB

9th > WR not named Marvin Harrison

Even if they trade down a few spots there is no reason they can't add both a top QB & WR in the draft.

 Harrison seems like a generation talent. I would rather locked that in first than whatever QB is in the next class!

Plus its the bears, Trubisky just the latest landmine, there jay cutler and rex grossman of the top of my head.  Bears are absolutely TERRIBLE at drafting QBs. Last thing they should ever waste a 1st round pICk on is QB!

Bears are known primarily for there defense.

I agree but the Bears still need a QB. I expect Marvin Harrison to be great in the NFL just not as a Bear.

Locking in Justin Fields longterm would be a huge financial mistake.

A lot of games Justin Fields seems to disappear. Maybe its on him or maybe the playcalling just sucks. Either way most teams would be far better off with a pocket passer than a QB always looking to run the ball.

If the Bears trade down a few spots from #1 they could get an extra 1st round pick for 2025. Then they could use both 1st round picks in the 2024 draft on a QB and hope to hit on one of them.
