NFL Playoff Scenario-Buccaneers

I know we go game-by-game, but the Buccs have a shot to get home field throughout the playoffs.

2 games against the Panthers, the Jets, and the Saints.  Likely to go 4-0, unless they lose at Carolina somehow.

They go 4-0, the only team ahead of them is Green Bay. Green Bay has the Ravens, Browns, Vikings, Lions.  Not a tough schedule, but not easy.  Next game at the Ravens.  The Browns are playing well.  The Vikings may be playing for their playoff lives.

The Buccaneers are unbeatable at home, 6-0 and killing teams.  My guess is they'll add Brown back to the team for one last chance at playing football.

Can you imagine Green Bay heading into Tampa and winning?  Yes, cold Green Bay?  Good luck with that.

Just like last year, it could be the Tom Brady show again. lol

That 1st place is huge, that is a bye, and that is 2 home games.

You get 2nd place, you play THREE games, and likely one on the road.

After the Cardinals loss, this looks to be a race to 1st with the Packers and the Buccs.

what is rodgers' postseason record? 11-9...

and talk about a revenge angle.  the team who beat rodgers in green bay.  is tom brady going to own aaron rodgers for the rest of his life.

we'll see.  still got the rams to deal with, the boys supposedly dak dealing with a calf issue

remember last year the pack were 13-3 and the buccs 11-5, they headed into green bay and took rodgers' head for display

 I think TB has an amazing chance of getting back to the SB this year, especially with first place if GB drops a game, which is unlikely but certainly possible with their remaining schedule. 

bucs should sweep their remaining schedule. 

bucs-pats would get the most ratings and be one of the craziest SB’s ever, Though don’t see Mac taking them there in his first year playing, regardless of how well Belichick coaches.

I think TB, GB, and KC are the 3 true contenders this year and current odds reflect that.

if GB can beat TB to get in, I think they win the SB this season. It’s been 10yrs since Arod won and it looks like he’s only got a few years left. 

he’s played under a dumb coach for most of his career and Lafluer is considerably better, I also like the chemistry between the two. 

packers have a more complete team this year (even with injuries) than they’ve had in a while; defense is in top 10 and I like their RB combo a lot. If they can get back jaire, Cobb, smith and possibly Bahktari before or during playoffs, that would just be gravy. The first round bye would be huge for this team.

I think it’s just a matter of if GB can beat TB, which based on past results, doesn’t look too good, though I like to believe this is a better GB team than last year. 

GB has been a very tough team to beat this year (unless your the saints lol)

TB should enter the post season healthy and looking much the same as they did last year.

If that Rodgers foot narrative is lingering..Pack won't make the SB.

I don't know if he's got a real tie problem or not.

But theyll use it as a negative if they want.

a lot of this is going to depend on injuries, who's the healthier team going into the game

For what it’s worth, I have a hard time seeing the packers losing to anyone in a MUST WIN game… if I can get them as dogs in a must win, there’s no way I don’t take them this year.

Packers would have beaten the Bears by 30+ if not for the Bears special teams...97 yard punt return TD...2 long kickoff returns to the 40...Kick off out of bounds by packers...and yet the Packers still won by 15...

GB will ironically have an easier time beating the physical Bucs in Florida/warm weather as oppOsed to frigid GB. Things have a funny way of going full circle. 

Bucs clearly will get help from the Refs as well...The game vs the BILLS was the prime example ...Google holding on Diggs for comedic gold ..

it’s the Bucs secondary that I think might hurt them this time around in the playoffs.

im pretty confident they’ll end up playing each other to get into the bowl and whichever team wins should win the SB. Chiefs are very beatable this year, I’ve got no idea what’s going on with them this year. 

As was said earlier, health is going to be the most important thing going into the post. GB thus far has shown to be the most resilient through injuries. 

I feel like TB can least afford to lose anyone right now.
