Don't want to speak for him but most likely 5Dimes or Bookmaker. If you use 5Dimes, you can see the alternate line spreads and prices by clicking on those grey down arrows next to each team.
But every major book offers alternate lines. Some might be listed separately in the NFL Props section depending on what book you use.
An alternate line is the same thing as buying or selling points on any game. In this case, he sold points on numerous different bets making KC a larger favorite than the normal -4 -110 line and thus increasing his +ML payout on each.
People do that when they believe a line is too low on a team and are willing to lay more points in exchange for a better payout. It's basically a great way of making an underdog style of bet on an undervalued favorite.

Perfectly explained Motowner. I use 5Dimes as one of my books too and felt like the biggest dope for the longest time not knowing how to see the other lines. I always noticed those arrows you're referring to but just never clicked on them for the longest time. I didn't think they had any purpose. Imagine my surprise when I finally clicked on one!

Geez their play calling was getting so annoying. Why weren't they just taking the 1st downs and burning clock?
Kept throwing it deep and many times on 3rd and short too. So dumb
I was getting a little nervous there about some funny business at the end. LOL
Hah! I think we were all thinking the same thing watching that.
That's Andy Reid for you though. He does stuff like that and I think he wanted to try and keep scoring based on the Chiefs playoff game last year where they sat on the lead and got caught.
I don't blame the aggressiveness overall, but yeah there were a bunch of times throughout the game where he could've just ran the ball on short conversion attempts to keep drives going. And passing on that FG was strange too.
