There's not much of a write-up that can justify a bet on a terrible Raiders team, but I've been following the Chargers closely over the past couple weeks and this isn't a good spot for their defense. I think they will give up a lot of points

Bad spot? Chargers defense has not bad pass rush even with Bosa out, Carr collapses against pressure, cant throw deep, and LA eliminates short routes.

Nr.1 rule in the betting:dont bet on bad teams. Raiders and Browns ARE bad teams. And Browns defense from now on won't stop shiat, they are extremely fatigued at this point of the season already. And they get high flying Atlanta in their face, good luck with that.

I see the angles LC and think the public is due for a bloodbath but I bet the Browns last year too often and got burned so many times in those bums and Kizer .. this team is better and ATL is outside on a cold day so ... maybe 
Oakland defense is so soft .. Chargers are rested and playing well ..clearly the better D here and weapons on O .. maybe a backdoor cover but can’t see an outright win

God, people crack me up. The number-one rule in betting is don't bet on bad teams? Have you not paid attention to the NFL? One of the best, most consistent angles in the league is to jump on teams after they get blown out away. Many reasons...no team is as bad as it looks when they get trounced...the league is full of professional athletes who have some pride...the market overreacts to what they saw last...etc, etc. It's an up and down league, regression is key. You guys playing favorites all the time is why friggin idiots like Steve Wynn have millions to give to the Republican party.

I've got Oakland today, too, and Detroit, and the Jets. Those are three ugly teams. Ugly teams are what it's all about in the NFL.

But I see zero sense is putting money on bad teams at this time of year, The Raiders have quit, the Browns are a mess, and Miami isn't making the wild card, whatever the standings say right now. These teams are all done.

 I don't like the card.

I don't believe the Browns needed one week to regroup from a massively incompetent coaching staff (tied for the worst in football with the Raiders), only to be replaced by current staff who were part of the problem. The entire coaching staff needs to be wiped away imo.

BUT

Having said that, after Vegas made national headlines for having one gain, we all know Vegas will get that money back and then some ASAP.

So this is a week, just solely based on what occurred last week, I'd look HEAVILY at dogs, possibly the worst of the worst, which you did.

And on that basis, this may be a good week. I am only looking to dogs this week as well fearing the books will come back breathing fire and brimstone on the public mass to turn them to dust and ash.

And I have no idea, home or road why the Patriots always shred the Titans up like they are a boot under a ginsu 2000 knife.

I love the way the Titans play with the spread. They play to keep it close to the vest with ball control and balanced D. 

But the Pats always find a way to pull away from them. I'm laying off that one. I am surprised the Pats point total is 27 though. That does seem high!

The Raiders play may actually work too.

But only with that angle which I'm sure you are using. Because this team has given up in so many regards. Still a 31-3 beating on national TV may be enough for them to show up today. Another layoff for me but a brave pick, and one I simply cannot make. I will never trust Chucky with my roll.

It's not kamikaze, it's taking the points. It's why there are point spreads in the first place.

Joe Public is definitely not on dogs. It's why, when the season is done, Joe Public is reloading his account.

No doubt brother! It's like LC is one of the best, people come in this forum to get his picks. The ones they don't agree with, they start jumping on him. It's like WTF, it's the guy's plays. Sorry he doesn't like the games some of you like. I think his record speaks for itself.

LC is proven over years...not just the first 5 weeks...stay gold brother but the Raiders have one bigger issue, internal Locker Room mistrust...many players were lied to by Gruden when he let go of Cooper-I've heard they quit on him for that and this is worse than a organization tanking in the NBA..this is players pissed off at the coach...how does pride change for that?

Look on line and see if there's a change over there but this is very concerning...the NY Giants quit on their coach last year, Coughlin a prior year...this doesn't go away with one or two blowouts...
