I love playing week 17 as there are many
motivational angles to be found. My top three plays this week will be on Miami, Denver, and San Diego. SD needed so many things to happen to be in this spot to get to the
playoffs. They needed to win in Baltimore, they needed to win in San Francisco,
they needed Baltimore to lose to the Texans, they needed the Chiefs to lose 3
of their last 4 games. Everything SD needed, happened. All that’s left for them
now is to win this game.
As for the Jets, Rex
Ryan wanted nothing more than to beat the Patriots once more before the end of
his Jets career. They came so close but failed in the end. Miami should win in a rout
here.
I also love Denver. I played Cincinatti last week because they were in a
tremendous spot to prove doubters wrong that they could finally win a primetime
game with Andy Dalton. Denver lost because Cincinatti was all-in to prove the
world wrong. Oakland is in no similar spot here as this game means nothing to
them. They are openly talking about how they’ve already started searching for a
new head coach. They have 1 eye on next year’s season already. On the other
hand, this game means everything to Denver. Talking heads have started to doubt
Manning and this Broncos defense just before entering a long-awaited playoff
season. This should be another regular season blowout for the Sheriff.

I'm a Denver fan and I'm going to respectfully disagree with you on your assertion that the game means nothing to Oakland. Rivalry games always mean something. Please tell me the Raiders wouldn't like to spoil Denver's first round bye in the playoffs. As the roll of spoiler this game means something to Oakland. I was at the Broncos vs Raiders game earlier this year in Oakland and the Raiders played hard. Yes the Broncos won handily but there was no quit in the Raiders. I expect Denver to win but by 14 points or more, I feel, is a bit exaggerated. BOL

Maybe but they don't have the personnel to do so. They might try hard for a few possessions but they are so outmatched and should quit once Denver scores a few points. Raiders got their win last week, they won't compete here

What incentive does this sub-par road team have to blowout Tampa here? Their season was destroyed last weekend
A loss by Tampa tomorrow guarantees the 1st overall pick in the draft.. I'm not saying the lousy Bucs won't compete here but that 1st pick can land them a franchise QB..

Bucs have yet to win a home game this season... I am sure they want to win this game for thier fans against a division rival... This is thier super bowl..

Meaningless game. Not worth risking the #1 seed.
