A mess because I actually won $$ last night? for covering up such a horrible decision? I put 1 unit on Bills, and mid-way though the 2nd I out 4 units on New England - live wager. I honestly expected Anderson, and the rest of the Bills Offense, to play much better...I was 100% wrong. Also, I never in 100 years would expect them to run the spread offense over, and over, and over again in the first 2 quarters. Once I seen this, I knew the ending. You are not going to beat a BB defense in the spread offense...maybe on or two gimmick plays sprinkled in, but that was actually part of their offensive game plan for the 1st half. Bad coaching IMO. Scott Zolak had it right, the Bills offense was just collecting a pay-check last night. By mid-way through the 2nd quarter, I had enough, and dumped 4 units on Pats/TB12...the line was actually -13.5, not the -14.5 I stated in my post last. Sure, the defense played good football but couldn't keep Brady outside the 35 yard-line, while scoring points themselves. The ending was pretty evident early on, somehow the Pats cover the chalk, for some reason they always do. If the Bills didnt do such a great job in the RZ this game would have been 40-6, not 25-6. We all know one thing now: Dont fade Brady, you'll lose more than you will win.
