 ya I hear ya dude. I put in a ton of hours too with my brother. I listened to a lot of the advice. I cut down on games, I purchased a sports betting book named Sports Betting For Winners BY Rob Miech. I followed his advice betting baseball also following a team winning minimum 3 games and keep betting the winning streak. However I lost my only 2 games with that to. I'm trying my best. I feel you need a ton of

 yes I want to get better. I bought a book Sports Betting For Winners BY Rob Miech but my results were pretty poor when following some of the methods. I'm trying to lower my games as well. I would love to become a pro sports bettor but I just think I'm in no position right now bc I don't have a necessary bankroll. good job on your games hopefully one year I can figure something out

I've been coming to this site, on and off, for 17 years now. I can say without a doubt that Vanzack is the most consistently valuable persona to these boards over that period of time.

Not to kiss the guy's ass, but he has solid handicapping logic. He's a math guy with massive knowledge of several sports. He's not overly square, he's not overly sharp.He knows not to trust your eyes week to week and most of all - HAVE A PLAN. Preparation is everything and he "sees the forest through the trees", so to speak. I appreciate his sarcastic sense of humor and ability to make others look foolish from time to time. Perhaps that's due to my own nature.

Way to kick ass this week Vanzack, but for you it's just another week.

Keep working.  You will get there.  But until you do - make sure that an 0-3 day wont ruin your weekend, or your bankroll.  Lets call the next period of time in your gambling journey "tuition".  You will likely lose, but the key is to learn.  If you arent noting your mistakes - noting your successes - and learning - then you will never get better.

To be honest for a moment.... Even at the risk of what I know this will sound like here at Covers where everyone is a winner and everyone is a tough guy....

This is why I post, and have posted - for 20+ years.  I feel like if there is one part of life that I have expertise that I can pass on to others it is sports gambling. That is a pathetic statement on me as a person - but I have come to accept it - and knowing that a few people read and get something out of my posts over the years makes my day.
