Refs can call holding on every play, you see guys tugging jersey's all the time even if they don't call it.  The refs know exactly how to control these games.

That was BS pass interference...and SF is stupid for this flag now..Seattle 1st down...when they were just out of FG range on 3rd down... stupid

If the jersey gets stuck in the guys hands and he releases, they gonna call it. Every game I've seen it get called. Every defender was grabbing last yr and then releasing, but they get caught
