Opposite man.... lines, line movement and sentiment tells you everything... dont even need to know anything about stats and the game... if you know that stuff just a bonus but sometimes makes you feel dumb.... the famous quote "any given sunday" that everyone loves so much, even the ones that know nothing just another media driven misconception...throw everything out the window i love the game and respect it and know all stats as a passion....but when comes to money everything out the window thats why vegas and books always make money and will never go away...human ego....i love the game know alot about it...but when i see line moves it humbles me and i realize in the end means nothing when it comes down to money.....

Betting sports is like trading the major markets...stocks, bonds, forex, commodities...my other profession....its all about perception and sentiment....you able to read people and predict actions you benefit especially when you side yourself wit the most powerful and in this case vegas in the other markets hedge funds.... even if you don't know a damn fundamental thing.....todays world in reality the real currency and valuable are what the mass perceive it to be.....
