I think it's a joke.  I lost, but never bet much money on these fools.  You can try to make logic out of what the Browns attempted to do, no reason to end up in the back of the endzone  They knew what the line was plain and simple.

I play the second haft on the primetime and I see the sequence of the fix everyweek very clearly.
