i appreciate Greenlaw trying to run the pick back to get the 9ers backers to cover. Unfortunately he sucks at runbacks both picks if he just ran straight he might have gone all the way, cutting it back doesn't usually work.

Number 57 San Fran, dumb asf. Running around like a total fool rather than drop right to the ground. Too bad the ball didn't get stripped from him during his pointless bad decision. After the celebration the coach is sure to remind him next time to "use your brain...idiot!"
Great game none the less.

@NutinButtLove
Kyle Shannahan is maybe the only coach that "seems" to try to not just win, but also cover point spreads. So maybe Greenlaw doesn't get an ear full, although maybe he will get an ear full for not getting into the end zone and covering.

well that was the game they were gonna lose if they were gonna lose one. But they didn't. As long as they get Deebo back the 9ers are winning the SB.
Of course lots of geniuses are gonna think they won't because of that underwhelming performance, especially with the Ravens who already beat them looking so good today, but they absolutely will. After they thrash whoever wins tomorrow in the NFC title game. I mean come on is Detroit or TB going to put up a better fight than that? Detroit has no defense and TB has Baker Mayfield and can't score a TD on the Panthers

@uclownfacedfool
Shanahan probably does that because he has blown so many leads he stays aggressive. But that's how he lost the SB with Atlanta actually - because he threw it too much with the lead.
The announcers make too big a deal over guys trying to run the ball back. How often do you see a guy who is running a pick back fumble it and then the other team gets it and they end up losing. I don't remember it happening too often but yeah the guy should just go down.
The way the announcers start freaking out over it you'd think it happened all the time. They get louder about that then they do about GB's kicker missing that huge kick, Lafleur not taking timeouts, they even made less of a big deal over that awful decision ny Love to throw it. They mentioned it but really they should be killing him for that play it's not like it was 4th down.
I remember Lafleur messed up the end of a playoff game, the NFC title when Rodgers was there, it was 4th and goal down 5 and instead of trusting A Rod to throw a TD he kicks a FG and decides to trust the defense to stop a guy named Tom Brady, get the ball back and drive it down again, none of which happened, cuz, uh, it was tom brady, they didn't see the ball again and then Brady won another SB two weeks later.
