Patrick mahomes grandfather in hospice

He was very close with his grandfather and this alone may be a game changer this weekend.

Wonder how Patrick will play this weekend grappling with this..... thoughts?

Patrick Mahomes is a seasoned veteran who won't let personal emotions enter into his performance for the division title.  IMO it will be a close game with the Bills winning by 3.  Good luck everybody and enjoy the games.

 Realistically was liking buffalo until I heard this as I really don't like messing with someone that is a pro quarterback and is about to lose a loved one.

Brett Favre will tell you that it emotionally takes over and now I will be laying off this game and will be seeking a play on the over.

Like Favre you may see a person possessed in Mahomes this weekend and I now don't want no part of that.

 No it was not unexpected when one is ill and in needing of care you are correct. But when you do enter the hospice stage it usually is a final sign of ...the end of ones life.

He will go down as being the best even better than Brady.  The NFL WILL DO everything in their power to get the Chiefs to the super bowl.  So much money like this is not a joke.  Just watch and enjoy.  Pay attention to the desperation and anxiety of the chiefs.  They fight through and we are stuck with this team for many years to come.

He was possessed that day and said he wasn't going to not play and mourn his dad and knew his father would of wanted him not to mourn as well and to go out and play....and man did he ever!

I'm not messing with mahomes in a similar scenario with a father figure in his grandfather whom he was very close with I'm just not.....it's a switched bet to the over for me!
