** Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys **

I am a little under the weather otherwise I’d be in Vegas again this week at the Wynn series. I hope everyone was on SF last week. 

I actually really like the card a lot this week and hopefully will have a write up for the games tomorrow morning. 

Growing up in Dallas, I’ve seen this movie over and over again. The media hype gets everyone in this delusional state of thinking that the Cowboys are better than they are. The hysteria is excellent fade material, as the Cowboys are a massive public team with heavily inflated lines, setting up excellent line value.

Disclaimer: because of my 49er futures, I want the Cowboys to win, which would help the 49ers get the first seed. With that being said, I think that the value is on the Eagles plus the hook.

Dallas has been excellent at home. They have 13 consecutive home games in a row. They will likely make it 14. But, if the last game is any indication, this game will go down to a FG and will be decided by 3 points which is why the hook is so critical. 

Coming off of that bad loss at home to the 49ers, I think the Eagles, who are a team with a lot of pride, will show up for this game. Philly hates Dallas, and this is a championship caliber team and they are actually getting healthy.

Lane Johnson looks like he is going to play. Deandre Swift is a go, and Dallas Goddard returns from injury, which I think is huge.

 I tend to agree, just think it's been a rough stretch for Philly, having had KC, Buffalo (OT), and San Francisco, now they're having to go to Dallas. That's the only thing that keeps me from going all in. 

I think the difference in this game will be the Eagles ability to run the ball. Dallas’s run defense has been suspect at times. They don’t have a true MLB since LVE went down and they are undersized at that position. The Eagles let the running game get away from them against SF because they got in a hole and had to throw the ball playing from behind.

obviously it is much more difficult to run the ball against the 49ers D-line and Fred Warner and Dre Greenlaw than on the Cowboys Markquese Bell and Damone Clark. I think that the Eagles will control clock by running the ball effectively and that will set up opportunities with the RPO. They will keep it close and baring a shanked extra point, I like this spot with the Eagles getting a point.

I hope Dallas wins, but not by more than three. This is a spot where this team, despite being a home, has done what Dallas does best and started out FLAT. Too much value in Eagles +3.5

if you like the eagles then the over is probably the better bet. I dont see philly's defense stop Dallas' offense that has extra time to prepare on turf.

I would tend to agree but in a year of prime time unders, I don’t want to wager on the total and would rather stick to the side.
