Has anyone had problems making withdrawals or getting verification? I sent them my drivers license that has my address on it and it got verified. I sent numerous letters with my address on it but they won't verify. I don't like their in-game selections and they don't have as much to offer on a game as other sites like Bet365.
Anyone else have problems with Pinnacle???

I had a to re-verify after my license expired a couple of weeks ago. No problems then or when I had to the first time years ago. Use a bank statement. Preferably a PDF downloaded from your online banking.
I sent them insurance letter (government insurance), then I sent another type of government letter with address, but they still don't accept. I hate the site and want to withdraw my money but they will only allow up to $3000 and then I am informed that I have to roll over my deposit 3X before they will allow me to have my money back.
I am glad you're happy with them but I think they are trash and will be going back to bet365.

Pinnacle is a solid book, and if you're having issues with them, deal with it directly via their customer service team...their rollover upon deposit is to protect against identity theft and ultimately its there to protect you.
after over 2 decades in the business, they are one of the most honest books there are for the no nonsense sports bettor...they obviously don't get enough CFL handle to make ingame worth their while...give Coolbet.com a try if you are a serious CFL bettor, they have ingame CFL wagering

Sometimes it works to say you want to close your account and want your money back. Then they suggest a fee and you get most of your money back. That said; Pinny is a good book.

i wouldnt say theyre the best i think bet365 is but i hate having to use instadebit to deposit nd withdrawl. pinnacle also makes you pay 18$ per withdrawl after one free one per 30 days.

Their awesome if you like sharp lines and play big wagers. High limits. But why would you move from 365. 365 is the best industry standard. Kambi good at that. Great live lines and drive markets
