Sammy, I'm not trying to change your mind(like that would happen) but I wanted to post my thoughts about your picks.
1st of all, I agree 100% with the Raiders Pick, now lets hope that the Raiders can maintain an effort again for a complete 60 minutes. Raiders-20 Browns-18
As for the Texans, what makes you think that they will be playing hard for a lame duck coach? As 13 point fav's last week they crawled out of St.Louis with only a 3 pt win having scored only ONE TD vs the lowly Rams. They have a history to maintain of NOT getting over .500 and I don't see them doing it this season again. The Fins dug themselves a big hole at Tenn last week but came back to force OT and earn an ATS Push. After a hugh turn around last season, the Fins will not match that but I don't see them allowing the Texans to go INTO Miami and beat them there today. The Fins are also fighting for thier playoff hopes and have been playing good ball with Henne at QB. Schaub is all that Houston has and Miami will do what they need to do to make sure he leaves Miami as a sub-500 loser again. Miami as a small home fav is a nice spot for them. I Like Miami-1 in this one. Williams will have a hugh day vs Houston. Miami-24 Houston-20
Now for the Giants-8 vs Carolina. I love the Giants in this game. Last weeks win at the Skins was not a result of just the Skins failures. The Giants backs are against the wall and they will respond with an all-out effort AGAIN. You have a back-up Carolina QB playing in the wind of Giants stadium. Do you really think he will have success there? Carolina's win last week was more to do with the Re-Favre-ed Vikings QB who held onto the ball way to long and took way more hits that he needed to. Screw Favre, he lost that game and he knows it. Carolina will be hard presses to stay in this game with the NYGiants who are already in playoff mode now. They MUST WIN and should do so easily at home.
NYGiants-34 Carolina-17
Good Luck with your picks as you see em, however I agree to disagree with 2/3rds of these selections.
Best Wishes

I see nothing wrong with an intense admiration of a fabulious female form such as the one in that avitar. It's not crude and the girl in it has an unbelievably smokin hot pair of socks on .

I know, men are just wired that way.
I do apoligize to you if my ranting about that heavenly sight offended you. When I see perfection such as in scobby77's avitar, my chemistry takes over and I had to comment. Again I apoligize if I offended you, none intended, just praise intended for the smoking hot female in the photo who I wish I knew or had known at least once in my days.

Da Raiders have the best kicking duo in the NFL so Cribbs won't get to see many chances for returns today. Also, The Raiders can run vs that Browns Defense and will then be able to pass with Frye who will be pumped to show up the Browns. Derick Anderson WAS ok but has not played enough lately to be effective vs a decent raiders defense. Raiders will win as SU Dogs.
