This fifth round draft pick Sean Clifford will surprise 

Clifford (6-2, 218) started 46 games for Penn State over five seasons. He threw a school record 86 touchdown passes and rushed for 15 more and was a four-time team captain and three-time All-Big Ten pick. He also produced a Relative atheletic score of 9.04 out of 10.0 at Penn State’s pro day.

Interesting eh? So is the fact that the green bay organization has visited Sean over thirty times during interviews and in conclusion realized he not only very intelligent but also very Acument (one in making Quick good decisions) which the McCaskey's have NOT made since papa Halas passed.

Leaving a team like the Chicago Bears to a grandson that knows jack shit about football and Virginia who refuses to sell out and be done and is solely about the money and only the money....screw them... The over and under for victories for the Bears this year is 6.5 and they are Not getting one of those victories in game one.

The packers are an outstanding Football organization and with or without Rodgers this team will rally around their rookie quarterback and become 1-0 for the start of the season after week one.

Thanks for the kind words you all (Much appreciated) I was just trying to make a point that the Packers without Rodgers will be just fine without him and that the bears were not going to be any better than last year this year so tread carefully.

I own a share of the Packers.  They are not technically my #1 team, as I am a die hard lifelong Raider fan, and there is no coming back from that, but I have always liked the Pack, just being a lifelong NFL fan, and more because my mom was a fan.  Also one of my 7th grade teachers was from Wisky, and he loved Dan Majkowski and would talk Pack lore with me all day, and I loved watching Favre play, and obviously anyone with half an eye loves watching Rodgers in his prime.  

So it was always a bucket list thing for me to buy a share and when they released them this last time I bought one, and they sent me the certificate, and I get to buy cool overpriced Packer stuff that says its for owners only lol,,,,,,,actually have a pretty nice owner tracksuit, seriously

Since I bought the share in 2021, they have sent me invites to the shareholder meeting, the last one was in July.  They send me 4 tickets every year. I haven't gone, but I will one of these years just for fun and actually vote on the team leadership.

BUT,,,,,,,,,,as a team owner,,,,,,,,,if I knew they were blowing vital team funds on over 30 FUCKING TRIPS to Sean Clifford's house to be ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN on a 5th rounder that most likely could have been signed as an UDFA via practice squad,,,,,,,,,then maybe I would have went and voted,,,,,,,because someone is making terrible decisions. 

Unless Mrs. Clifford still got it, and is mad frisky, and cooks like a mf'er,,,,,,,,there is no player worth over 30 trips to go and see.

I am kidding, but since sarcasm may be lost on you I will go ahead and say that in plain writing.  It is merely a sentimental thing, that fans of the organization participate in.  Nobody ACTUALLY thinks they are gonna make money when they pay the few dollars it costs to get a share.  It is just a team souvenir, with the option to go to the shareholders meeting and vote on team hierarchy.  When AJ Dillon and Aaron Jones bought them in 2021, they didn't think they were gonna make any money on them either, nobody does.

So, let me summarize this thread.  Some dude thinks the Packers will win tomorrow and bet on the Packers.  Someone else bet the other side and starting taking cheap shots.  Then, a bunch of B.S.

My opinion, the League probably thinks the Packers are a better team.  That's why they started the season on the road. I say Packers win this one.  It is going to come down to the last play. I will guess it will be the Packers that drive down the field at the end of the game and score last and win.  OF course, with a lot of help from the refs.

As I read today's LVRJ paper.your team is projected to be one of the Worst teams in NFL this year. You might be better supporting the team you OWN
