Yes. They count as attempts. You wouldn't be able to count the yards if there wasn't an attempt. Only reason I know is I heard a guy on ESPN who was taking that prop and he mentioned that kneels count.

It’s already been confirmed above but kneel downs definitely count as rushing attempts. I think the best prop I found on my board is Stafford at least 2 attempts. Yards don’t factor in and if they have a lead at the end and he kneels it counts. High juice but if that doesn’t hit I give up.
