 They changed that rule a few years now in OT once a team scores a touchdown the game is over

 Had Dbags team total over 3.5 for 13 dimes posted on mlb forum so made out anyway. One of the perks of playing with house money.

In the playoffs though, both teams get the ball even if 1st team scores the touchdown.   Just like in baseball, no ghost runners on 2nd base in extra innings.  Couple years ago, Seattle and Houston played an extra inning 18 inning gam, finished 1-0 for Houston. 

Having said that, i was very upset the rams called heads on the coin toss.  I fucking knew it was going to be tails, and if they called tails I'm certain we win the bet ,

 yeah, the rules for OT haven't changed in regular season-only thing that did was a 10 minute period rather than 15 minutes; after the Chiefs walked off the Bills in 2021 Bills lobbied for the change for the playoffs that each team gets the ball at least once...

I personally prefer a 15 minute 5th quarter and if the score is still tied then it's a tie.   If it's the playoffs have a 15 minute 6th quarter, etc.  These are grown men, this ain't no fucking beach volleyball in Maui
