Ray Lewis is the best middle linebacker and the 2nd best linebacker (LT) to ever play the game. Hate him if you want. The guy is 37 years old and people think they are coming with breaking news saying he looked slow or lost a step. Ray's contributions to the Ravens cannot be measured by stats. It's the off the field mentoring he does for Rice, Smith, T Sizzle and many others.
In regards to the Atlanta murders. Of course he was there and witnessed what happened. As he said, he lives with it every day. He also changed his life that night, stopped hanging around with thugs and has been outstanding to Baltimore and everyone else in his life. Most importantly, he is a great father to his kids as his father was not there for him growing up.
