He was damaged goods even before the legal troubles. The guy had the lowest average yards per carry of any RB with a minimum of 100 attempts last season (3.1 YPA). He's Maurice Jones-Drew with extra baggage. Just another running back who flames out before his 30th birthday.

NFL is a monopoly business entity, it has sole power of deciding if Ray Rice should get back to the game. Let's see what are the team owners' intention. I won't be surprised to see few teams are interesting of signing him, if the price tag is RIGHT. It's all about money.

Didn't CJ Anderson just run for more yards in his first start last week (167) than Ray Rice has rushed for in the entire season ? And have you been watching Lamar Miller's stats as Miami's RB at all ?

I think you are uninformed here. He was injured last year and if you watched him is year in the preseason you would see he had more quickness as he lost weight and that turf monster he struggled all last year was alleviated. 

He would have been solid, and if he kept in shape he can be very serviceable moving on

1st off no team will touch him this year. Plus he has nothing left in the tank

2nd you knew it would happen because the NFL racist commissioner blew the case with a 2 game suspension and then it became indefinite. You can't give someone Double Jeopardy

IMO, fair decision on the appeal.  Now, whether or not to pick him up off waivers...?  W/ my luck another owner already did.  I'm always a minute late and a dollar short!
