In my personal opinion NO TEAM should pass on him. You just don't.

If the Browns don't take him at #1 then chalk it up as another failed draft for them.

If I'm a Giants fan sitting in the 2 hole, I'd be optimistic that he could fall to you.

The Browns always f*ck up draft picks.

Browns have it set up perfectly.  Take Barkley at 1 and then whatever your second favorite QB is on your board.  He WILL be there.  No brainer draft for Cleveland but they will most certainly F*ck it up

I do not agree. Get the pick of the QB litter at #1. Worst case is Barkley is still available at #4 and Cleveland takes him. Best case is the Giants take Barkley at #2 and then 4 rolls around with 2 QB&#x27;s still on the board. Teams will be falling over each other to get in front of the Broncos. Trade down for a pile of picks like the Colts and grab the next Kamara, Hunt or Cook in the next round or two and get a #1 and #3 this year and a #2 next year to fill in the blanks.

Not sure if this is ment for me but the Giants just created another huge roster hole by trading JPP for essentially a 3rd round pick. Maybe it was a money dump to free up money for OBJ. Here comes the Chubb speculation.

Amazing how teams are drooling over these clowns.  This high draft pick, you have to land an all pro/ hall of famer... Barkley/Chubb closet potential and I would be happy with either .... to waste a pick this high on a multiple concussed weaker than a used piece of toilet paper or a hollywood preppie pretty boy that has more turnovers than a bakery or a raw gunslinger with upside that now makes it great to complete 50%of passes, which is now what we already have in progress...... trophies for everyone.....

Referring to taking Barkley no 1 overall. It&#x27;s been rehashed so many times that it&#x27;s not really worth getting into. As good as Zeke has been I would rather have Ramsey or Bosa. The obvious answer to whom the Browns should take is standing behind door 1.

I would never draft a RB in the top 5.....Top 5 picks are meant for a QB, DE, LT or DB....franchise changing players....Too much injury risk and dependent on a good to decent OL.

Also NFL is now a passing league for the last 5 -10 years....Are you going to hand the ball off to Barley 25-30 times a game.  You can find better value of a RB in the 2nd/3rd rounds.

In hindsight, the Browns could of ended up w/ Barkley and Mayfield imo.

The only sacrifice would of been not having Denzel Ward at #4.

Which leaves 2 questions:

Would of the Giants taken Darnold or Mayfield at 2, and would of the Jets taken Mayfield at 3 if Darnold was gone?

i think the Giants were higher on Darnold than they were Mayfield if my memory recalls which would have been a bad choice too but they were dead set on Saquon. in hindsight Giants should have drafted a QB first. they might not have been able to pick up Saquon but they might of had a shot at Nick Chubb if they moved up to get him...

Cleveland Browns finally did everything right in the draft. killed 3 birds with 1 stone.

im not convinced by this years QB group, and Barkley looks a generational talent, i think the Giants made the right decision, maybe a qb they like better falls in next years draft. Obviously Eli isnt the answer.

If not for this rookie, Giants wouldn&#x27;t even have a single win and their losing average would have been quite damming.Absolute stud.Currently weighs 236lbs. May get even heavier making him a human wrecking ball.

It&#x27;s mind-blowing to me how you can still defend this pick after watching Eli Manning for six weeks. This pick didn&#x27;t make sense at the time and all the analytics guys got proven right. Saquon might be that "generational talent" and end up as the best RB to ever play the game, but it doesn&#x27;t matter unless you get the QB position solved. See LaDainian Tomlinson in his first three years.You need an RB who can catch the ball. The rest is coaching, scheme, play-calling and offensive line play. As long as you can get guys like Kareem Hunt, Jordan Howard, Phillip Lindsay, Alvin Kamara or James Conner in round three or later, there is no reason to grab this position earlier.

Sure he&#x2019;s a great player - but the RB position is not that important anymore - they should of drafted a QB- use that OBJ money and invest it in the O-line - Teams have 2 be built properly- you can&#x2019;t win with a garbage O-line

They say the good teams draft the best available when their turn is up. The bad teams fill their needs.
