I know I posted awhile back earlier in the season that the GB Packers would play NE in the SB. I guess prediction changes as the season goes along. But here's my updated predictions with 3 games remaining in the regular season.
NY Giants vs Pittsburgh Steelers
NYG got back in the win column with their win over the Dolphins and will be heading home to host the undefeated Panthers. Everyone anticipates Carolina to lose any week now with 3 regular season games remaining. I, along with some of the cappers here also think NYG is in a good spot to "conquer the undefeated streak" as Paul Heyman would say. I think the Giants will win out the rest of their games with the NFC East title decided vs Philadelphia. The Giants will have some tough games ahead but I can see them winning them all (vs Carolina; @ Minnesota; vs Philadelphia).
The Steelers are currently in 2nd place behind the Bengals. They might not win out the division but they are in a good position to secure a wild card berth with somewhat of a favorable schedule. As long as Big Ben can stay healthy and despite losing Bell for the year, and DeAngelo playing well, I still like their chances. Can they rattle off 5 straight wins to close out the season? I think so! They host the Broncos this week, then will be on the road against a depleted Ravens and a constant rebuilding Browns team.
This would set up a pretty solid match up between the Giants and Steelers. I am fan of neither teams so no biased opinions here. Both Big Ben and Eli have 2 SB rings to their credit and this will solidify which QB is the best from the 2004 class. As a Chargers fan, unfortunately Rivers will be excluded due to him having no rings.
Roethlisberger vs Eli Manning and you'll have the top 2 WR's in the league with Odell Beckham Jr and Antonio Brown.
On a side note, of course I'll be playing the Giants ML this week and roll with NYG/PIT the rest of the way. With the Super Bowl being held on the west coast, I know for a fact that an east coast team will be playing in the SB.
Let's hear it!

The way teams are playing right now, the AFC should be represented by either the Steelers or Patriots. The NFC looks like it's coming down to the Panthers, Cardinals, or Seahawks.
As a Steelers fan, I'd love to see a Super Bowl rematch between the Steelers and Packers, but Green Bay ha a much tough road to Super Bowl 50, but if I had to make a prediction, I will go with Steelers vs. Cardinals version 2.0

nfl would love Giants vs Patriots part 3. They know that would virtually guarantee them a close game and with the history and each teams huge fanbases it would be a classic matchup as the other two were.

we'll see. nfl needs a elimination game for sunday night week 17, best candidate is eagles at giants. Nfl will make sure that both teams are still alive for that game. Which I think giants will win. Once in the playoffs coughlin and eli have the expierence to go on another run.

Arizona has paid their dues. Bruce Arians looks like he destined to get to the top of the mountain and take Fitz with him (great story). They have the offense to score on Carolina and the defense to stop them. I believe it's their year, plus I got a play at 20-1 in August on them.

1. NE v. Arizona

The top teams like Carolina, Arizona, New England, and Seattle are all good. Last year's SB was a memorable finish. Great match up between Patriots and Seahawks, but it's time to move on to the next chapter. A rematch just seems out of flavor, and I think the NFL would rather have a different match up that doesn't involve a rematch of past Super Bowls. And I don't think we'll see a team on the west play in the SB,

1. If Broncos can knock out Patriots with Manning at QB this time. 2. Packers will need to be #2 seed 3. Arizona has to lose at home vs Seattle. ( seattle will be the team that will help GB into that seed) 4. NYG will make it to the wild card round just to get beaten by Seattle. ( They cant handle the Defense ).
5. Packers the only team that can defeat Arizona+Carolina again.
GL, lets see how it plays out guys.

Seattle - 3 road playoff victories is tough but will happen if beast mode returns healthy. Might have to go thru gb, Carolina and zona. Not an easy task but my pick.
NE - flip side, home field and getting pass catchers healthy

Never Mind, splain' to me how a team like the NYG with a defense equivalent to a sieve and a virtually invisible running game, not to mention a QB that has more INT's than TD's on the year hopes to challenge the elite NFC teams like Carolina, AZ and Seattle on the road in the playoffs? I suppose anything can happen, but somehow the idea that the Giants can move through the NFC playoffs and beat these opponents at their houses sounds more like a fairy tale from fantasy land or a story you tell your children at bedtime, but.......GL amigo.

Eli manning has 28 tds 10 int. this year. Here's two fairytales for you, a 7-7 team with a mediocre defense and little running game that has given up more points then scored gets hot beats unbeatable 15-1 packers team in gb on way to sb in 2011.
A 10-6 team with negative ratio of points scored goes on the road and wins three playoff games then upset undefeated unbeatable 18-0 Patriots 2007.
Team is different but same qb and coach combo, defense is weaker, but offense is better. they shouldn't have done it then, but they did. don't be surprised if they do it this year.

Pittsburgh and the Giants are both super long shots haha. Then again, this shyt league who knows. By far the most damaged sport the last 5 years and least entertaining. Anything can happen that's for sure. Might as well make a thread about the Eagles and Chiefs. Same chances.
