“Gambling is not a science, it’s an art”....your above comment here is spot on. For every stat and trend out there, there is ALWAYS one that counters yet so many feel THEIR findings rule. To each is own I guess. Intangibles imo weigh just as much as tangibles and that’s the beauty of these so called sports we watch that in reality are just entertaining make soap operas. Drama, storylines....that’s what today’s sports are all about. The media has ruined sports as has the idea that it’s all about money. One that simply caps based off pure numbers.....that’s fine but there is so much more to it.

Lots of misinformation after the OP and poor responses. People getting caught up in remedial capping and sidebar comments and “revenge” instead of capping a game thoroughly.
I’ve watched Seattle play all year. It’s a wing and a prayer every time. Dallas is finally ready here.
You want to put your money on 4th and forever conversions on the playoffs on the road, be my guest.
Go to Penalty Box - inmates running the asylum
Leave Penalty Box and return to the Mains - Inmates running the asylum.
You’ll see who’s right and who isn’t. It’s your money. I bet my own. I’m just bringing others along for the ride.

You put your money on another line maker mistake last week with Titans correct?Either way if you win it was a perfect “cap” and if and when you lose it was 4th and forever play that will sink you.
On a serious note Gene Okerland

How do you figure Seattle won on a wing and a prayer since Dallas has the most 1 score wins of any team by a good amount with 9 the next best team only has 6, 9 is an a very high number.
Dallas has only 3 close losses their +6 margin leads the league, that is called close win luck.
Seattle has 5 close wins but 6 close losses margin of (-1). If anybody scapped by on A wing and a prayer I'd say Dallas did.
I fSeattle had Dallas's same close win luck they'd have `12 or 13 wins and woulds of been challenging for a NO. 1 SEED.
iF Dallas had Seattle tad of bad luck they'd be 7-9 or 8-8 and out of the playoffs.
You won't find very many teams that win 9 close 1 score games in a season like Dallas did, that is mostly luck .

Claw you’re an educated individual but you get bogged down with your stats and the in the aggregate, you make a sweeping generalizations that make you look foolish.
If you want to go game by game about how Dallas and Seattle won their games (2 at the gun wins vs the Cards, dumbas* McCarthy punting on 4th and 2, and the Carolina game) we can:
So let’s look at the Carolina game:
4th and 3, Carolina up 7, Wilson throws a 35 yard bomb for a TD 27-27.
Carolina gets the ball back and drives downfield and misses a game winner. Seattle gets the ball with 1:30 after the miss and drives and kicks the game winner.
Then the Cards in the third game: Miss a game winner. Switch fields and Seattle hits a game winner.
Then the Packers with a 4th and 2 taking the ball out of Rodgers hands.
THese are not coin flips. In live betting Carolina was as high as a -600 favorite up 7. Then a heavy favorite driving for the win.
Same with the Cards.-300 driving for the game winner.
You want stats? Translate those ML’s into percentages if you want stats and tell me those are coin flip wins.
Compare this to Dallas’ win over the mighty Saints up 13-0 ending 13-10. Was that a “coin flip” for Dallas where they lead pillar to post?
I can play the numbers game too. Except I WATCH the games and know what went down at the final gun. BANG! I don’t have an excel spreadsheet spitting out gobbledegook to bolster a point of mine.
Come out of the computing clouds and put away the pocket protector crap away and exchange it for REAL capping. And tail this if you want a winner. Nuff said.

Playoff playbooks are completely different than regular seasons playbook. You actually think Seattle will play vanilla football? Not a chance with Russell Wilson as your QB.

It’s called “having a phone in your pocket in 2018” kid.
What “kind of time” do I need to post plays? You make it sound like I’m sitting in front of a Commodore 64 all day replacing floppy disks for each post.
I could cap a winner for you in the John for all you know.

Scal, boy oh boy. I have learned never to bet against Russell Wilson. The guy is a magician. You know as well as I know that when it comes to playoff football three things matter more than anything:1) HC edge to Seattle2) QB edge to Seattle3) Defense edge to Dallas except for the fact that Seattle is the best team when it comes to turnover ratio! (I think they are +14) And turnovers matter a lot in football, especially in the playoffs. If Seattle has the turnover advantage in this game, Dallas is in big trouble.I think Dallas' best hope is that the league might be pulling for them. Seattle got all the calls during the regular season but maybe Dallas will get them on Sunday. A Saints v Cowboys (rematch) and Bears v Rams (rematch) will be HUGE for the NFL.
The turnover edge is largely inflated.
Seattle turnover margin on the road: 0.8
Dallas turnover margin at home: 0.6
Yards per play in their last game each:
Seattle: 4.8 against the 2-13 Cardinals in which they amassed a meager 234 yards of offense
Dallas: 6.0 against the 4-11 Giants in which they amassed a hefty 438 yards of offense
