I have been doing a 13 pt teaser w/ his picks weekly and have only lost 1 ... treading lightly this weekend
i don't bet on garbage teams and he has 3...not counting the cowgirls so not sure the plan
dal +16 / Tenn +18.5 / Baly +15.5 and undecided between CAR or CLEV ...would rather take KC to 19.5 actually ... though they are playing decent, I don't think the brownies will beat them by 3 TD's.
May take Cinc to +10 actually - seems better...DAL D just can't tackle i swear hahahahahahaha if i had away to post all my huge winning pictures that i took of my winning tickets from the can and redrock you would garbage. Its easy to just type and make garbage up. I have photos. bye bye loser.

and dont think playing on natural grass instead of turf wont have an impact on seahawks and speed of team.....I just dont see how seattle has done anything that warrants being a road favorite
It goes both ways as i don't think Washington deserve to be favorite on this one. I totally respect the way they played at home this year, playing a lot of above-average team, but most of those wins came with RG3 playing 100%. They manage to do just enough to beat the Cowboys, and i believe Seattle is better than Dallas in QB consistency, rushing game, rush defense and with coaches..
I don't say Seattle is a solid play here, but i understand why they are favorite, despite being bad most of their away games.

NAME THE QBS IN THOSE EIGHT STRAIGT ROAD PLAYOFF GAMES. . .BET YA WILSON AIN'T ONE OF THEM.
What are you people smoking???
Russell Wilson the great Road Warrior QB.
The guy is 3-5 on the road and has 9 TD's and 8 INT's away from home.
Play what you will but those completely ignoring any of the numbers are starting to look a little foolish. I think great people are on Seattle I am just asking for some numbers to support why they are favored. I guess that's why some people CAP games and others cheer with hearts.

i wanted to cry when i saw this matchup... two BET ON teams playing against each other in the first round... but there is a solution:
if you want to win money on the Sea/Was game... do as i say: take whatever money you had allotted to bet on this game, and put it in your pocket... then, on Sunday night, when this game is over... take that money on put it on whichever team wins this game on the ML to beat the Atlanta Falcons the following week...
Atlanta is the worst team in the playoffs, and the Seahawks/Redskins are arguably the two best (with the possible exception of SF)... the fact that one of these teams will be going INTO Atlanta and getting points, is a gift that cannot be missed!
there is one catch: if Minnesota beats GB, then the winner of Sea/Was will be playing at SF next week... and then everything is fucked... but i am pretty confident GB will beat Minnesota... Rodgers is looking for his first career playoff win, and i think they will be very focused...
bottom-line: this Sea/Was game is bad news for bettors... Seattle fits the definition of a Super Bowl champion... great defense... great running game... efficient and intelligent QB play... they have all the pieces...
BUT... they are going on the road (where they are not as strong) playing against the single hottest team in the NFL...
against anybody else, my money is on the Seahawks this week... but no matter how much i look at this game, i just don't see where there is enough of an advantage to lay a FG... if they were getting a FG, sure, i'm on it... but laying a FG, on the road, against a team as hot as the Redskins...
that's not how you win money in this game!
want money? don't bet this game... wait for the Falcons game...

Seattle 3-5 on road this year losing at AZ / SF / STL / DET / MIAMI
Seattle franchise lost 8 straight playoff road games
34% of games in Wild Card round decided by 3 points or fewer
4 straight seasons in NFC division winner at home has beaten Wild Card team with better record in Wild Card round
88% winners with home team in NFC wild card round over past 10 years
NOT SURE ANYONE IS LISTENING AT THIS POINT BUT I AM NOT DISPUTING SEATTLE IS THE BETTER TEAM ON A NEUTRAL FIELD.
NO WAY WITH THE ABOVE NUMBERS SHOULD SEATTLE BE LAYING 3 ON THE ROAD, ESPECIALLY AGAINST A TEAM THAT HAS WON 7 STRAIGHT GAMES. ANYONE WHO HAS ANY NUMBERS TO SUPPORT WHY THEY ARE I WOULD LOVE TO SEE.

Best of luck to everyone this weekend. Here are the numbers I referred to above........

Refer... Seattle is a team that would be perfect in this spot, if they had stayed under the radar... but these past 4 games (particularly weeks 14-16) have every single small-change bettor in the country chomping at the bit to bet on Seattle...
i don't know why people never see this... when every single uneducated gambling addict on the planet is betting on Seattle (which they are)... that needs to scare you! these people do not win money... they don't!
Seattle needed to stay under the radar so they would be getting 3 or 4 points in this matchup... but instead, they are SO HIGH PROFILE right now that they are laying 3 points on the road against the God of Football (in the media's eyes), RGIII... who have ripped off 7 straight wins...
what does that tell you when people are SO HIGH on the Seahawks that they are laying 3 points against the hottest team in football?
this line is clearly clearly over-inflated right now...
but having said that... you simply cannot bet against the Seattle Seahawks... this is one of 3 teams that fits the profile of a SB champion... and Washington is not one of the other 2... so......

Seattle had 2 of those wins ??? They had 1 of the wins against NOrleans and I have said since beginning this game feels exactly like that game just with reversed position for Seattle. Seattle had not had a home playoff game in forever when NOrleans came in and Seattle beat them. Washington hasnt had a home playoff game in 13 years now hosts one against a better team playing in wild card position. Seattle also won division that year on last game of season at home beating St Louis if I remember correctly. Eerily similar situations if you ask me.....not sure what other game you are thinking of.

Refer... i was thinking of that game against St Louis... was like a playoff game, because winner got in, loser went home, on the last day of the season... so i mistakenly remembered that game as a playoff game...
still, same situation... they were the home dog in both of those games...

Completely agree with your points on game.....that is really same basic question I was asking....seems like much better places to put your $$$ in a game. I will be cheering for Seattle all way but I am blown away on how they are laying points on the road. One of the worst lines I have seen in a long long time and have no clue why getting so much public love.

Redskins are going to win this game. I see experts all over the place picking the seahawks. I think ole Shanahan will outcoach Carroll. The Redskins defense will do what they have been doing and make some timely turnovers. Redskins going to get a couple of deep balls for TD's. RGIII is the real deal man. Even if he is at 75%.

Being a Seattle fan I've followed every game this year. People that think Seattle is just another team this year that got lucky and will have a 1st round exit are ignorant. Seattle is a team that's built perfectly for the playoffs. They currently have the league's #4 defense (allow the least amount of points a game at 15.3) and they have the league's 3rd best rushing unit. These two things play a huge factor in the playoffs. Add Russell Wilson (OROY IMO) and it spells scary. Not to mention we have Beast Mode in the backfield. Yes, Washington has the league's best rushing unit but RGIII isn't 100% and their defense ranks 28th in the league. Russell Wilson is playing with a chip on his shoulder because he has outplayed both RGIII & Andrew Luck but isn't getting nearly as much attention. Wilson would love to shut the media up and take down RGIII in front of the whole nation and prove he is the top rookie QB this year. This kid is something special and he's being overlooked because he's a 5'10" QB that got selected in the 3rd round with the 75th pick. He's a born winner/leader and has the IT factor. I would also like to note that Seattle gets Brandon Browner back this week who is their #2 CB and made the Pro Bowl last year. This is huge for the Hawks. They have the league's best CB in Richard Sherman on one side and he's getting his PIC back. Seattle has the best secondary in the league and can get to the QB. I just don't see how Washington can put up enough points to beat this Seattle team with RGIII not being 100%. There's no way in hell Alfred Morris is gonna win this game himself. I can guarantee you that.
I got Seattle at a PK early and went big on it.
And he is 2 yrs older..he`s been a professional baseball player, he`s from Richmond VA so following the deadskins was the norm..
RGIII is a freak..but he`s hurt, and knowing the nasty desires of Pete Carroll, this will be "RGIII bounty"...ride has been good for Wash. but the train comes to an that home...these Seahawks are no joke.

They just got their High tonight beating the cowgirls on National TV
I pounded Seattle -2
Seattle wins by 3+ in a good game
Good luck!
betting small road favs will put you in an early grave.Avoiding small roady's and taking the home team and pts/ and or the dog ML/ OR jus moving on r the choices. Now, whether sea covers here is irrelavent. What's important is that this 1 simple rule is key= small road favs of 4 pts or less AVOID. For 20 yrs this 1 rule has been key, it's the first 5yrs in college that keeps me up ! use it and load up on dogs & ML's double barrell when the spots exist, house's hate that. What the HOUSE luvs is small roady betters and/or buying out lines and laying anything on the neg ie balt -220 instead of balt minus 6half. I NEVER bet a dog i don't think can win the game, thus the ML's... carry on
