The nfc south is a tough division, atl, no, and even carolina can repeat again. Watch Newton succed thgis year for two reasons, 1) smith and his attitude are gone and 2) all the talk this offseason about the problems at WR. they wont be as bad as last year in yards per receiver.

Atl can be tough if that defence can step up. NO, never count out Drew.

I agree that Cutler is not the man.. but u cannot compare him to the likes of Dan Marino.

if u think winning the super bowl is just about the QB, u forgot the RB, WR, offensive line, def line, DB, the coaching staff, the special team, and the even the way the ball bounces. Its still a team game.

O.K. - just so we're all on the same page:

Peyton Manning - yeah, the guy's pretty "wooden", but one key difference - he can read defenses

Same thing with "Tommy Terrific" - only in his case it's better coaching.....

How many times do you see these two future H.O.F.'ers picking themselves up off the turf after a hard hit? Three, maybe four times a season? Now, compare that to "Totem Pole Base" "Chief Sitting Cutler".......

The guy is a third off the bench backup at best. Somehow everybody's been brainwashed into thinking he's some great football intellect combined with a cannon arm. I mean for God's sake! The guy steps in last year after another "feminine" injury for Cutler and (arguably) plays better than Jay ever could have dreamed! Bears let this guy go to the Bucs for basically nothing, and spend untold MILLIONS on a nothing in Cutler?

My prediction (and I've seen the schedule) - The "BOO-BIRDS" come out at Soldier field by week, ehhhhh, 9 or so..... Pretty soft early on, but no playoffs this year.......

Jimmy, my point was:

1- Cutler is not a good QB

2- so don't compare him to Dan Marino
