So the Bills are really bad.....

Buffalo backers:  1.  Do you have 5 healthy guys on the O line that open the holes for Spiller and keep Edwards upright?  2.  Can your front 7 stop the run?  Buffalo allowed over 150 yards per game on the ground and 4.7 per rush last year.  (Yikes!)

Miami backers:  1.  Does Chad Henne take a step forward with the signing of Brandon Marshall as your starting QB?  2.  Is Carlos Dansby going to be a difference maker on defense?

If you can't run, stop the run and protect the QB, you can't win in the NFL.  I see Buffalo having a tough time with alll 3 of these.  Miami is solid just not spectacular.  Neither team looks like they can overcome bad plays, penalties and turnovers. 

Buffalo will need to make plays on special teams and get turnovers to pull off the upset. If not, Miami by 5.

Miami is probably a "sucker play" in the sense that the books could probably still get action if they put this line at +4... but I can't in good faith back Buffalo in this spot for the reasons set forth above. Miami or a no-play for me.

A) we had one of the top ranked pass defenses b/c teams saw no reason to do anything other then run most games.

B) i don't bet on my favorite team just cause they are my favorite team. i never bet against the bills. i was just wondering why the line was so small.

people would actually bet on a shitty ass team just b/c it's their favorite team? mind=blown.

i always knew the majority of bills fans were delusional. this thread just backs that up.

And ur a delusional Sabres homer who thinks Lindy Ruff's troops are gonna win the Cup every year right? I talk the truth. When my team sucks I will say it. The Sabres r a joke. no top line center and a bunch of 2nd and 3rd line players besides Vanek.

um.... no. i don't think the sabres can make a deep run until they add 1 or 2 goal scorers. but where did that come from?

bills made basically no upgrades outside of spiller (their RB depth was already their strongest position). CJ isn't gonna win them 4 more games this year by himself. nothing has changed. you need to wake up.

As a fan in the AFC east I've always liked the Bills but how many years of shitty qbs does it take for them to realise they need a legitimate qb.Plain and simple Edwards sucks and the Bills won't reach .500 with him at qb.

why would this line be 3 points?

Here is why the line is only 3 Points because Miami is not a public Favourite nor isit a "Elite Team" and during the first couple weeks the linemakers never inflate lines, if this game was happening in week 3 and Buffalo was 0-2 and Miami was 1-1 Miami would 7 + Road Favourites. P.S. there is no such thing as a Trap line in the first week

um... no. you even watch the bills? (i live in buffalo). spiller will be splitting carries w/ jackson and lynch. they aren't gonna be giving him a full workload.

WE CAN'T GET A PASS RUSH. henne will have all day to throw the ball and when that happens DBs can't cover WRs forever.

Wildcat AND Brandon Marshall?  You'd be a fool to think the Bills could defend that.  Ronnie Brown & Ricky Williams will make them look bad, while henne will make the only few plays he needs to to BM with 8 people in the box trying to stop the run.  

There isn't one person on the Bills outside of CJ Spiller that is a threat to score at all times.  The Dolphins have an elusive offense that got better this offseason

haven't the fins lost their first 3 games in each season soprano has been coach? just based on that along with the bills hanging tough in most of their div games (even vs the pats) gotta go w/ the bills. just hope fins don't go to tyler thigpen late in the 4th - that guy is scary.
