Bro you are not alone, had the worst two weeks due to chasing a bad beat with penn st covering yesterday. Down 30k just bad beats come after you. Money management is tough. Either quit or learn to Money manage.

There is nothing to "learn" about money management.
It is execution of money management where most fall down.

Honestly if u have money management and you take all the chalk square obvious favorites you come out ahead. Too much people try to be sharp and overthink it. There is a reason a team is favored or laying a spread - they are the Better Team. Does it always in win? No so that is where money management comes into play.

Just understand that most on Covers gets destroyed on the weekly. All the losing you see on these posts, take that and triple it because these guys are chasing loses and they just don't post them.
However you are in luck. I have my WNBA Finals Game of the Year coming up later on this week so you can get it in early. Play as much as you possibly can, I don't lose these games man.
Until then please don't follow the masses.

Listen to Vanzack and The Square and what I'm about to say.
Whatever your means are, bet under that by 10-50%.
It's not a race, and their are multiple ops 365 days a year.

Baseball is the worst in my mind, due to the m.l. you either have to be very selective and stay completely off those -200 games or bet dogs, and close to evens, not chase--can be hard staying on an even keel when you suffer the bad beats--I no longer bet very big, no real need when Im just playing for the action...so when i lsoe I dont need to try and make big "bail out" desperation plays.

You're a lemon. Like a bad car. There is something... there is something inherently defective in you, and you, and you, and me, and all of us. We're all lemons. We look like everyone else, but what makes us different is our defect. See, most gamblers, when they go to gamble, they go to win. When we go to gamble, we go to lose. Subconsciously. Me, I never feel better than when they're raking the chips away; not bringing them in. And everyone here knows what I'm talking about. Hell, even when we win it's just a matter of time before we give it all back. But when we lose, that's another story. When we lose, and I'm talking about the kind of loss that makes your asshole pucker to the size of a decimal point - you know what I mean - You've just recreated the worst possible nightmare this side of malignant cancer, for the twentieth goddamn time; and you're standing there and you suddenly realise, Hey, I'm still... here. I'm still breathing. I'm still alive. Us lemons, we fuck shit up all the time on purpose. Because we constantly need to remind ourselves we're alive. Gambling's not your problem. It's this fucked up need to feel something. To convince yourself you exist. That's the problem.

One thing you can do as far as baseball betting goes.......bet some futures on team total wins or whatever. You're in action every night with a rooting interest without that daily outlay of cash. A good team like the Braves or Dodgers you're in action all year long.

Respectfully you're an action junkie. I hope you're serious about help and not just seeking attention.
Accordingly, there is absolutely no reason to wager more than a unit a day across all lines. 3-5 units a game on even 3 plays a day is 9-15 units. Two days in a row of winless is 18-30 units and how do you make that up, how long does that take.
Where as break 1 unit a part and if it's a loss, you're down 1 and try again tomorrow. If you split, live to fight another day.
Two final thoughts. Don't get caught up in the Bullshit here from long time posters about 2 units, 2.5 units, max play 10 units. Until this site allows monitoring/posting tickets its all grain of salt.
Anecdotally the pure gold I can offer is to not allow the book to set your line. Adjust lines on games you like and shave juice, which lowers your break even. Personally I can pick 45% winners and still turn a profit due to ML plays, not taking points, and giving back points where not needed.
BOL and seriously reconsider your approach.

Adding where ever possible DO NOT watch the games. Unless live betting 100 % of the work is done before you place the bet. Once placed there is ZERO benefit in eliciting any emotion for which you cannot control.
How do you feel after 3 hours of gut wrenching, stupid play calling, referring fixes, fumbles, two strike home runs, empty net goals, 90' +7 equalizers?
Now, what happens when you check the result the next day on espn.com. Oh, that sucks and 5 seconds later your on with your life.

You are not alone. Sports gambling is the devil. I've lost more betting sports, then playing cards, roulette, dice. Something about sports betting that just attracts us to the lights like moths to a flame.
I agree with another poster as we all are chasing a feeling. Wanting to feel something. Win, lose, to feel alive. To feel like a winner etc.
I have my bad weeks and I swear off gambling and that iam finally done this time, yet I always come back for more punishment and pain. Hello darkness my old friend.
I've flushed 5k on a half time bet and FG bets too many times to remember. I hope whatever losses you have incurred won't break you or wreck you're family. Definitely take a break. Iam talking 2 months at minimum. Spend it on you're kids, your wife yourself. And when u decide to come back. Lower you're bets to $100-200. Stay small live to fight another day. Love yourself brother.

MLB. A month ago I did a small study of the Ray's, Braves, Dodgers, and Yankees. Of their wins (82, 86, 83, 65) they won by 3 runs or more 69%, 61%, 69%, 60% of the time.
Even as favorites you get + money at -3 or -4. Again, tough for many to stomach losing more than winning, but I look at ROI as the only number that matters and baseball can be beat. Just after the Allstar break for small number of teams.
Enough of my ranting, just trying to contribute.
