Was the game manipulated? Yes, the second half is absolute proof.

feel pretty strongly that browns beat ravens and 49ers beat bengals this week in manipulated fashion.  That would make the steelers loss to vikings canceled out.  Very strong possibility that steelers/ravens in week 18 is a division title game.

This year has been pretty easy to figure out they want parity and to keep as many teams in the hunt for playoffs as possible
