You are contradicting yourself here, not sure if you are meaning to do so or not, but... 

Yes, not pressuring Mahomes is laughable but if you CANT get pressure with the front 4 then it doesn't matter anyway.  Sitting back in zone with natural pressure is the way to limit Mahomes...Chargers were able to do this successfully, they have the personnel....Buccs do not have the same personnel, especially on the back end in the secondary....The Buccs manufacture pressure, Bowls is heaviest blitzing defense in the league.  

"Buccs will send the house" I hope Bowls continues this game plan vs. Mahomes, as he is the #1 passer against the blitz...bring it.  The issue now as you pointed out, is the offensive line situation for KC.  Tampa will be able to get pressure off the ends with those guys but will it be enough to go along with when they do sacrifice with the blitz?  

You compare pressure from Spags on Brady vs. pressure from Bowls on Mahomes.... are you really comparing the two when it comes to pressuring the QB?  CJones and big Frank are gonna be up in Brady's grill on game.  Brady folds with pressure up the middle....Mahomes rolls out and gets the 1st down.

There have been 7 games since 2007 of Spagnuolo vs Tom Brady. Here I include the 2013 and 2014 Ravens where Spags was a Senior Defensive Assistant/Secondary coach.

Spags 3-4 SU

Points allowed per game=25.85

Brady:

175/280 passing

1,934 passing yards, 276.28 ypg

14 TD, 5 INT, 15 Sacks

AVG QBR=90.13

 

Now without the 2 Ravens games, where he was the true DC in these games:

Spags 3-2 SU

Points allowed per game=23.80

Brady:

133/209 passing

1,470 passing yards, 294 ypg

9 TD, 4 INT, 13 SACKS

He's not that guy anymore. This current post season run for Brady (3 games) he's converting on only 54% of his passes. 7 TD's and 3 Picks. He's been a game manager. Any one who thinks Brady won yesterday's game needs to have their head examined. 

Brady second half yesterday 7-14 with 3 interceptions and the BUCS still hold on to win. an_roll_laugh

Did you think those #'s vs Brady didn't favor Spags? I don't think you could find another DC that has done as well as he has vs Brady.

Maybe Rex Ryan to some extent?

And yes in my estimation, it's been all smoke and mirror's from the quarterback position. The BUCS D line and line backers have been the catalyst in this current post season run. They have played out of their minds and that's a credit to Brady and the coaching staff. The front is clearly the BUCS strength. 

Brady has been a game manager at best, hitting on a pedestrian 54% of his targets in 3 post season games.  2 plays before the halftime TD bomb, Brady threw the ball right into the hands of a GB defender and he dropped it.  Half should've been over. Luck plays a huge factor and this dude has it in oodles. I've yet to decide on a play other than a strong lean to the under.

I believe Andy Reid will come up with a game plan to attack the BUCS weakness in the secondary and he's got the skill position guys to execute to perfection. 

*** Chris Jones & Frank Clark are not the fraudulent Smith brothers in Green Bay who were playing patty cake all game with the BUCS O linemen. Tommy Tap Dance will show up in 2 weeks.

Yes correct, two weeks at home then they fly down to Tampa Saturday just like a regular road game.  Don’t try to make it into something it’s not, they don’t have to fly down a week early and do all the media BS.  It’s two weeks at, home...with Andy Reid... 

...and we’ve been through this before, I don’t watch ESPN.  It’s propaganda.  Only good reason to listen to that garbage is to see what trash they are feeding to the sheep...
