NFL 2017: 3-1 it's pretty obvious that this game ends around 27-20 and likely in favor of the Pats. However, I'm not picking a side, I like the Total Under 59. Double bet.

I have been burned on unders all season long. Under may be the right play, but you will sweat all game with the ball in Brady and Ryan's hands. I would rather play the side. Love Falcons +3 here

This isn't about what has happened to you in the past, it is about what is going to happen in two weeks.
Likely, the Falcons will not only be the less experienced, more nervous team, but the one more dependent upon their Offense.
This bodes very well for the Under.
Do I see this game being far under? no. But the number is too high to adjust for the simpleton idea that the Over is invincible.
This game will begin with the nervous Falcons punting, wondering what went wrong. It will begin with the Patriots running clock not allowing the Falcons not to know what went wrong.
It will be tense in the middle of the game, with both teams pressing in the red zone and FGs being kicked. There will be a key interception deep in Patriots territory because Bill Belichick will have all of Shannahan's tricks figured out, you watch and see.
The Falcons are not playing in Atlanta this time. Neutral ground with all your dreams on the line. Makes one's but.t hole tight.

Last week I was on Over 61. How soon you forget.

Did Bill have a choice back in SB 25 with the Giants vs the K Gun offense? He held the ball for almost 40 minutes. 20-19 one of the bigger upsets in SB history.

How did he do it vs the greatest show on turf who arguably had a better offense than Atlanta with Faulk, Bruce, Holt, and Warner. I will take Faulk and Warner any day over Ryan and Freeman/Coleman.

nice, you must not have one since you're on covers. NE is 23rd against the pass and 4th against the run which skews the perception that their defense is good. honestly their defense is average. ATL Head coach has been to the bowl, Matt ryan has been to the NFC championship so they know pressure and sure have learned from losing. I would rather take a team thats hungry and motivated with the weapons to give NE fits, 2 good pass catching backs with 2 big receivers. Give me the over all day

Enjoy the Over bro. I've been where you are before, it's called hubris and it usually ends poorly.
The Patriots Defense that held the Steelers to 9 points in 50 minutes of game time?
Ben Roethlisberger has won a Super Bowl and so has his coach.
You're looking at yardage stats which have very little to do with Over Unders. Patriots ARE, however, the number one scoring Offense.
Last week we saw a garbage Packers Defense and these Falcons only score 65. Now we are talking about a very good Defense headed by a Defensive Genius coach being given a 59 point total.
I'll take that all day and you'll act as though this thread never happened.

Atlanta's rush defense has been proven to be a liability.
Are we all 100% certain that the Patriots won't run the ball a ton, throw short passes, and keep the ball away from the only unit they know can beat them?

Depends, sir poopy.

i've been enjoying my over winnings all season- nearly all of them coming from ATL games and I will be betting the over big. If i lose its ok im still up a ton.
LOL at beating Big Ben on the road, have you seen his home/road stats? Im surprised they scored more than 2 touchdowns. The thing is I dont get your logic since you're on the under yet you highlight NE is the #1 scoring offense with the number 1 scoring defense- shouldnt that contribute to the over since they are playing the #1 team in Off DVOA with a bad defense?
ALso NE with the #1 scoring defense- have you seen who they played? Research the teams they played and the qbs on those teams and it will tell you why they are #1. Also they have easiest SOS - shocker

I believe two things: the Falcons are not a good rushing Defense, and I have a very good shot of being on the same side as Belichick here.
I just sincerely doubt that Belichick is sitting in meetings this week saying "We have to turn this thing into a track meet".
In fact, quite the opposite.
I bet he is looking at the Seahawks' first drive as the blueprint for beating the Falcons. Slow the game down, take time off the clock, score 7 and put pressure on the Falcons to match.
On Defense, you play disciplined, never let the rub route get inside leverage on you, and never let the corner route get over you. In the run game, stay in your lane and fill your gap.
The Falcons have 3 or 4 wrinkles that have been confusing teams all year. I don't think they confuse Belichick, personally. I think he is working on a game plan right now, that in fact, will be getting the Falcons OFF of their game.
I'm glad you were so profitable though this year, I would just suggest not putting a ton on an exorbitant 59 point spread in a game that features a Defensive Genius.

I corrected myself by saying Defense.
