GB had plenty of opportunities to win the game with Brady’s interceptions alone not to mention the free play from suh with a WIDE OPEN walk in TD..etc..they didn’t execute..period.. penalties happen every play..
Moving onto Super Bowl..
the thing that I’m slightly concerned about Leaning Tampa.. is the run game..
if you take a look at teams that faired well versus KC they had RUN games..Browns had Chubb..Las Vegas had Jacobs and for some reason Atlanta could have won that game not sure if Gurley had a good game have to take a look..not only these teams but the San Francisco 49ers as well..
it all revolves around the run game and keeping Mahomes off the field along with LIMITED amount of plays for him..
if Tampa can some how get there RBs in rhythm they have a good chance of keeping this game close enough to win..Arians needs game plan the run game big time..
Winning isn’t everything.. It’s the Only thing.

On the other side KCs defensive schemes are very legit as far as disguise..Allen had pressure down the middle with JONES (which is A FuckenN beast) then had blitzes from the edges..but this game seemed too easy for KC with pretty much zero challenge against Buffalo giving them points with there mistakes then letting them score points at the end..the fact they kept forcing the ball to Diggs when it just wasn’t there was mind boggling..Allen did have success running which makes me think twice about taking Tampa as far as the mobile QB part.. but Brady is a veteran he knows how to get rid of the ball when there isn’t anything there unlike Allen (sacks for HUGE losses)..Offensively Evans may be covered majority of the time Godwin may have some success along with Gronk and Miller at this point in time is a better option in my opinion over Brown but if Browns healthy enough they will probably split..I’m still leaning Tampa as of now but there’s 2 weeks to break everything down..Really sucks footballs over with...

The Dline which to me is being underrated has been playing really good in the playoffs they’re peaking at a perfect time (HEALTHY!)..pressure always helps secondary make plays..Mahomes may be able to get rid of it quick..but getting rid of it quick to me helps keep the YAC down with the defense less spread out..
I think everyone’s mesmerized from KCs run last year..this isn’t last years KC team.
No doubt they’re the best in the AFC but this year to me they’ve been sleepwalking through the AFC..the defense to ME is decent.. with 2 really good players
Tampa’s Dline is being underrated massively especially with the Oline issue KC has right now..Mahomes may have to do too much here and may fall into some mistakes...
I mentioned this earlier in the year..how I noticed some teams thrive more with fans and this year it showed..which teams it helped NOT having fans and which teams need that cheer to fire them up..KC to me thrives (MORE) with fans in my opinion..they thrive in big game ATMOSPHERE but without fans (packed stadium) this may feel like a regular season game now OBVIOUSLY mentally these teams know it’s the SUPERBOWL..But.. I could see KC starting out slow..
the funny thing about this year is we’ve all seen crazy things happen this year..trends being broken/ridiculous playcalls/blatant Ref calls/(where announcers are even baffled)/last minute COVID issues/ yet some still say they would be shocked to see TB win the Super Bowl...
The way I’m seeing the field and I may be wrong here but it’s my point of view..and I know the backlash I may get here it doesn’t matter..Brady presence on this Tampa team has injected them with a winner mentality wether it’s on offense when the Defense is failing or on Defense when the offense is failing..we’ve all seen it they step up when they have to..there “MENTALS” are in the right place..confidence is high... the deciding factor in my opinion will be the RBs success for both teams..along with the Dlines..this smells like an old school Defense wins..
The fact that everyone thinks KC will do the same thing to Tampa this time around should tell you where the recency bias is at right now..
I believe the defense steps up..

And the Bucs Safety's will be healthy. And the offense will have Antonio.
Whitehead downgraded to doubtful. Winfield Jr is questionable.
Antonio Brown is questionable, still hasn't practiced.

Speaking just about Tom Brady and his health regimen would it be crazy to say him not throwing the long ball all those years in New England saved his arm for his late years? Compared to other QBs he just might play a little longer than we think as long as he has a solid Oline

I hear a lot of “Brady is lucky”..so lucky he won SUPERBOWL(S) several of them..
one could also say Andy Reid and Mahomes are also lucky..the San Francisco 49ers had them dead to rights with 6 minutes left...they don’t win the Super Bowl if Shanahan doesn’t make a bozo mistake of passing with continuous 3&outs with a lead rather then running the clock out rushing...
Tampa won’t make the same mistake...and you may say Arians might.... but the difference is he has a QB that has been there and has tons of experience to close it out for the old fella..
People need to stop throwing around the “GOAT” term like it’s just another word for a good player..I’m actually a little shocked they’re even using it on TV that’s crazy..there’s no such thing as a baby Greatest of all time..
most recent in my opinion
steve young was the GOAT
Then some guy named Tom Brady took the thrown and is the GOAT now
It’s a thrown thing..
Mahomes is not a goat he has a long long road to even smell the GOAT coat tails even if he wins this one but he has high potential and with the speed of his receivers he looks unstoppable.. in my opinion there are different results on another team.. that’s besides the point though..there’s a long list of QBs that had potential to be GOATS but in the end we all know what happened..
Tom Brady-
The starting quarterback is the only position that is credited with records of wins and losses. Active quarterback Tom Brady holds the record for the most regular season wins with 230. Among retired players, Brett Favre and Peyton Manning have the most regular season wins with 186 each..
let’s start there.. or we can down a LONG list of accomplishments any QB needs to surpass to get to this level.. Tom Brady the GOAT level..
I’ve said this before I am not a Tom Brady Fan but you gotta give him the respect he deserves and has earned.. Mahomes has my respect but status is earned..
Hoping for a Great Game I’m EXCITED!!
Good luck everyone see you next season
