Preseason I had Saints over Broncos, although I will stick with it , I think 2 dome teams like Indy v New Orleans in a blizzard would be hilarious

If Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Miami, and San Diego all finish 8-8, then who gets in as the 2nd wildcard from AFC?

It's pretty easy to figure out. If the only chance for the Steelers at 7-8 to get in is win and the other three 8-7 teams lose gives you the answer

Not true, a 1 seed almost always makes the SB.

What you're doing is babbling. That was a terrible riddle. Predicting Saints against anybody would be way off base. Everybody knows that they average less than 20 pts from the dome. The defense is average at best, and now that they don't have home field throughout, they don't have a chance. Seattle has shown me for the past 6 games that they are ripe to lose just like they did last year, regardless of where they play. That leaves the door for the 49ers to go back and play Denver, unless the league wants Brady in the game, only to lose another one. Don't forget SF wanted Peyton to come there last year, but Harbaugh denied it.

Here's my first draft subject to change.. There's 36 matchup combinations if each conference headed to the play offs were strictly random and i will list a few scenarios that i will think will be interesting... Two of the TOP TEAMS FROM EACH CONFERENCE WENT HEAD TO HEAD 1 TIME IN THE LAST 10 YEARS... WHICH WOULD BE WHEN THE SAINTS BEAT MANNING IN THE KATRINA BOWL AS AN UNDERDOG, which i will rule out since the probability is low.... 

Further more,, the average SU record heading into the SB as the under dog and winning out right or ats in recent years are roughly 10-6 or slightly less..

The FAVORED teams records heading into the SB in recent years averaged a 12-4 SU record or slighty more..

If this trend continues while adding a little twist in the story these are the possible scenarios i believe will happen...And i know Halloween is over... Remember that one? LOL

IF DENVER MAKES THE SB ( AS TOP SEEDS AS OF wk16)
DEN-NO
DEN-CHI

IF NE MAKES IT
NE-CAR
NE-CHI

NFC

And if any of these teams make it all the way to the SB,, I expect them to cover the spread unless if their opponent as a favorite is giving more than 7 or so...

I'd love to see NE and Packers rematch.

 

Anyways, Bronco's won't make it to the SB. You either get a record breaking or a SB champ ring. Tom Brady went 16-0 and record holding 50 TD's. Same story with Manning.

NFC

A lot of people will see Panthers doing dirt this playoff season. This team should be feared.

 

AFC

As stealth as Panthers is, KC is just as stealthy team coming into the AFC. Wouldn't be suprised to see former QB vs 49r's colin kaepernick into the SUPERBOWL.

 

Could well be the storyline for the NFL...
