This game could be tied pretty easily, but also feels like Texans could turn it up a notch and and beat them by another 10-14 second half.

Its pretty standard to make a 7-10 pt favorite -3 second half when they go into half already up 7-10.

I guess that's the value play, but I personally don't like it- Texans stole back momentum with that pick=3 consecutive scores.
