Honestly, the truth is it made perfect sense.

If he scores they have to kick off. Jets get the ball and score then onside kick and score again = tiny chance of happening.

If he dives and kneels the rest of the game, Jets never get the ball back = 0.00% chance of happening.

It was actually brilliant. Not that Wilson would have let 2 scoring drives anyways, but technically speaking it was absolutely the right move.

Iam super happy right now.  I had KC ML to end a 4 team parlay that paid 6k.  And I bet the Jets +8 for $1 grand as a hedge in case the Jets upset.  +7k swing for me on that Patrick Mahomes slide.  Love to see it

 Bro there was a minute left , jets had zero timeouts and need to score 2x, recover inside kick all in a min. I mean sure if it means by scoring puts you up a TD or even 8 sure but they would've been up 10 points lol . Is what it is . I played small in 2nd half live chiefs -3.5 . Also had Garret Wilson anytime TD using a risk free. From a competitive view I'd want that TD if Mahomes especially after how he played but hey it's football right. Bol this season

 I bet the 1k on the +8 as a hedge.  This way if the parlay lost, the Jets +8 would even the loss to 0.  I got lucky I know.  But I love to see it.  My bookie is a POS anyway lol
