I think you should stipulate that when a person bets that they use the present line on covers, otherwise people will be fudging their lines.(see above)

1. You are allowed to buy points (lame)

2. You can post lines from your "local"

So obviously moneyline bets are not in play...only ats and o/u.

i dont see how you are going to police lines unless you take the final covers line before kickoff.
