 Unfortunately I didnt happen to see the game, I just watched a live ticker. However, I wondered if kicking  a FG on 4th and 3 at the 9 (?)-yard- line was a smart play in that spot. It looked as if it was designed to survive longest, not to win the game as often as possible.

The messed up part was the 4th down play was thrown to the 2 yard line. Even if the Raiders WR caught the ball he was not getting in.. why would Carr even throw that pass in the 1st place..

Raiders mistakes killed them all game. Raiders mistakes have killed them for years now. Always one of the most penalized and undisciplined teams in the league. Hard to bet on team like that.

He wound up and drilled it like it was the game winner....he had his mind made up before hand...

 Regardless.. he had time.. could have done a scramble drill and throw it up to Waller.. or stay in the pocket until someone is in the end zone.. u can’t throw that ball short of the end zone with 3 defenders on 4th down.. 

spiking the ball (wasted a few secs as well-have a play called beforehand?), didn't throw in to the end zone on last play...

Just watch Renfro off the line.  It is comical.  He runs an out directly on the line of scrimmage.  They had no play called and were all discombobulated.
