I doubt either lose,  the public won big time vs the books in the NFL this year so If that's your only reasoning it don't work.

 The public didn’t win big time in the NFL. Where you get that from? Favorites won a lot true but that doesn’t mean the books lost. Also did you take into consideration all the money books rake in on same game parlays and touchdown scorer bets? It’s a new age of betting(team point spread momey) is not the main draw or only draw

Ohio St teased to +6 (Fanduel, DK, commercial books where you can tease 10-15 points)
