Did anyone see the returner touch the ball
yea this rule needs to be changed among many others . Why should be able to push the blocker directly into the guy who called a fair catch . It allows teams to use blockers a prop to not let the guy make the catch it just doesn’t make any sense to me

Thanks for the info .. I somehow have never seen that happen. Would have thought the announcers would have clarified that rule. Seems bizarre u can block someone into fair catch guy and turn it into a live ball

I agree it is stupid, ive never seen it happen so i was very confused. So the receiving team should know better and not be blocking that close to the catching player. Poor coaching

I know that rule i am a football coach im refering to the no call when they were running for the ball the player that was deemed to touch the ball was shoved in the back and he fell thats why the ball was actually touched he didnt dive for it he was push into the ball there for if he touched it first it shouldnt have mattered because the ball was never muffed so the muffed rule does not apply only if it was muffed its a no holds barred free for all thats why they had to say it was muffed if not they couldnt give the ball to the chargers reason for it obviously sec half spread was even coincidence win by 3 tie the spread
