People saying that games are rigged are nothing more than sore losers.  Vegas sets lines in order to get as close to equal money on both sides.  They win regardless in most cases and could care less who wins.

The NFL alone is worth about 13 billion each year.  They aren't throwing games so some chuds can win their bets.
