You can’t cap a rookie QB in the playoffs who doesn’t have 8 starts under his belt that he would somehow come out and play otherworldly. Remember Eli Manning got smacked his first year in the playoffs.  

You can handicap turnovers but yeah, can't handicap injuries.

Course I have the Ravens 

12 fumbles in 7 games for Jackson.  Seems pretty easy to cap that. You can expect minimum 2 from him and add in added pressure.  That was easy to cap 

The truth is that Jackson has fumbled 14 times in his last 7 games plus the first half of this game and Baltimore has recovered 10 of those. So your statement is misleading. I expect Jackson to fumble again.

well I'm on LAC Large and kicking FG's is not the recipe for a W. Baltimore is one big play from being back in this.....they just blocked a LAC FG so is this the turning point? 

Again, I'm on LAC and they were the right side regardless of outcome.

There are teams that definitely turn the ball over more than others. A professional handicapper takes this into account (not considering myself one). They also keep track of the types of turnovers a team has had. Were poor decisions or forced? Or just random luck? The random ones should even out in the long run. 

A rookie qb that cant make the most basic routine throws vs Rivers a season wiley cagey vet with threats everywhere he looks at key offensive position...this really doesnt take a phd to cap

In nfl playoffs you can’t handicap just raw numbers, momentum, matchups, individual variables are way more valuable. 

simple average turnovers per game are part of the algorithm as is all team turnover and forced TO  data......pick 6's and fumble returns for TD's cant be factored in. Kudos to those who think otherwise
