Because he has 3 rings...... U act like he is supposed to win every year..... ur holding it against brady that he gets to afc champ game basically every year. u cant compare last years seattle team to this year... they are a lot better this year, plus brady had welker last year and this he had no one to throw to they would have gotten smashed as well

Listen those three rings were because of the patriots defense alone and Brady  could have been replaced by any NFL QB,  and they still would have won all three .

 In the post season Brady has been  mediocre poor or pathetic and that's it

I find funny you people keep saying Brady had no one to throw to 

did anyone watch the game it was Denver 3 Patriots 0 and Edelman was  all lone in the Denver red Zone with 10 yds of seperation and the great Brady who has no weapons they keep saying  threw the ball no where  near him most if not all NFL average QB make the completion but not the great Brady 

Brady who can't complete a pass thrown in the air over 10 to 15 yds 
he went threw two super bowls against the Giants and was 0-13 with 1 int on balls thrown 20yds in the air or longer .

this is great ? he's a system QB who throws the ball 0-10 yds this to me isn't great but boring , 

id rather watch Arron Rogers

Thinking that the patriots had any chance vs the seahawks is a joke, thinking that they would lose like the pathetic Broncos is just as laughable though.

All the pats fans around here in the good ole northeast are saying the same crap. What a joke?? He probably didn't even watch the game because he is a poor loser just like his coach. Pats fans are the worst trust me I am surrounded by them and. brady although a great qb is a tool.

Really.  Yur going to rag on Brady.   Look what he did when he had Randy Moss.   He's never had any where near the quality receivers the others have had and yet he continually gets an average team to the playoffs.   Interestingly another qb was not great at throwing the longer passes.  He made throws w in the system and had great receivers who generated yards after the catch.    His name was Joe Montana.

why do u idiots get into stupid comparisons with the greats of the game. U r going to seriously compare Manning to Brady to Marino?? What's the basis?? You can make a case for either one depending on what you base your criteria on it's pointless.

 Brady's  is a  stiff and the whole NFL is a colection of bad teams especially in the AFC , why we have to keep calling a QB great that has 19 ints in his last 16 post season games , and all this guy does is beat a bunch of Tomato cans . 

Replace Brady with anyone else just an average QB and  the Patriots still win the dIvision and beat a tomato can at home  

Brady adds nothing but a guaranteed stiff performance in the post season

of course the defense was the reason they won every time  , look at the 1st superbowl  20-17 vs St louis  it was the defense that scored all the points . 

Like i said before Brady has been mediocre , poor or pathetic he's 8-8 SU in his last 16 post season games most of these game were at home with the patriots over a TD favorite , he has a 67.5 QBR in those 16 post season game with 19 ints in 16 games .great stuff hall of fame numbers .

CesimmStaubach because he could run, pass and was a great leader.   Won two superbowls and except for a Jackie Smith drop would of had 3.   Also, he continually led the Cowboys to victory from behind ala Elway but unlike Elway he was generally not the reason the Cowboys were behind in the first place.   

Aikman because  he won 3 and was 1 of the most accurate passers I have ever seen.  Aikman also never laid an egg in the big games, which is the primary reason Marino and Elway should not be on the list ( maybe I should rethink putting Manning 5).   In fact, Aikman almost brought the Cowboys back in the championship game the 1 time they lost to SF after they were down 21- 0.

Good stuff. I love Marino because he was dominant from day 1 and had arguably the quickest release of any qb to ever play... I also played qb and broke my leg (femur bone) when I was real young and my g-ma wrote him telling him about how I was his biggest fan and he responded..   pretty cool ..  My g-ma could've faked  and wrote it herself it but I don't care and will never care to know haha

Marino was the best passer in history and whoever is second isn't even close.  Can't put him at #1 QB however cuz he didn't get a ring.   That may be a little unfair cuz he never had a great defense but because qb is the dominant position the greatest must have a ring.  Also, Marino did not have a great game in the 1 sbowl he played in.

Staubach was a winner all these QB'S mentioned here are worthy of being talked about , But  Brady's a Fraud  who's just a media creation by  the simpletons that count rings .

Ur right all the ex players that are analysts dont know anything about football..... Ray lewis who has had battles with brady says hes great, every single player that has played the game says brady is great but u say hes a fraud. So his defense that let up amillion points to jake delhomme and panthers won that game???. Super bowl vs rams he didnt lead game winning drive, nor did he lead game winning drive vs carolina in sb..... Ur right and every analyst is wrong.  U must b a jets fan. Brady has continuosly done more with less than any other qb in history by far.  Montana had Rice, taylor, clark, craig.  Manning had harrison, wayne, clark, faulk,james.now thomas,decker, welker, thomas.  Brady had givens, caldwell, brown, branch. he went through few year stretch with weapons now has edelman as his best receiver, thompkins, dobson,hooman, amendola hahahaha.  U are clearly just a hater and sound like a moron when u say brady is average.  Put brady on that denver team with those weapons and he might not beat seattle but i would guarantee he would not get whooped like manning did
