I noticed a lot of referees having their hand on the flag like it's a gun. Just waitin' to draw.
I agree its becoming unwatchable... No one can tackle anyone in the open field, it's impossible.
Also, the qbs scramble, nearly always are contained but get away for a 15 yard scramble or complete a long pass.
Gardner Minshew scored twice today on Cleveland's defense, they weren't one yarders either.
End of Pitt game, PI against Rams, phantom call, he never touched him and then the spot on 4th down, Pickett didn't even reach the line of scrimmage and they gave him the 1st down GAME OVER. I thoughts NY was overseeing every game and would buzz down on obvious screw ups?

Roughing the passer on Hurts? It’s getting behind difficult to watch this sport anymore. It’s unwatchable.
To answer your question. You can’t. You can only try to read the tea leaves. The league seems really excited this year about a 4 way battle in the NFC north, so Steelers and Browns weee both gifted wins today. And since Buffalo lost, Miami had to lose to keep things tight between them. League loves a at least a couple of tight division battles, especially with watchable teams. They also love some dominance thrown in, like the Chiefs and Eagles. Sets up for interesting games down the road.

One of the greatest performances by the refs was about 5 years ago. Aaron Rodgers in Indianapolis. I think it went to overtime. Aaron was determined to lose. Refs were determined to have GB win. They called offensive holding on the Colts 4or5 times in a row to back them up by 40+ yards. In the end, Aaron got his way.

I was told a long time ago that there is holding on every snap in the NFL. Every snap. The Refs simply decide when is a good time to call it. Made sense to me.

umps are bad. refs are bad. happens in all sports. some are biased. it happens. it's life. sometimes it works for you. sometimes not. i had Miami. wrong side and Philly got all the calls. move on. there are more games.
and the NFL isnt reaching out to any specific demographic. they want it all. they want every demographic watching. left right up down. dont care if you drink milk, water wine beer. they want it all
if you're butthurt because you see Taylor Swift on one game out of 16 for two minutes of total air time, get help. the NFL will be all in on it because it's a new demographic watching. flip to a different game. or better yet just ignore her and all of that mess. who cares about her. but to get upset about it is really dumb.
it's the same reason NFL pushed England and now Germany and Mexico and probably Spain, Australia, Brazil, etc. They want to push hard to be a global product which means more money

Even way worse was Det at GB on MNF about 4 or 5 years ago. The refs carried GB the length of the field to get a game winning gimme fg. It was the most obvious fix I've every witnessed. They called illegal contact over and over again for nothing.

You can add the Saints/Rams playoff game a few years ago when the refs completely fuked the Saints with an obvious, blatant No PI call at the end which cost the Saints a chance for the Super Bowl. Can't get any worse than that.

Lol this dude is hilarious in interviews and tweets. Just for that I want to put some on him to win coach of the year , but he probably won't win it now after this outburst

That is crazy Bro. He brought receipts AND security camera footage.
McDaniel is lucky he is 'black' or else the yiddish mafia in the League Office would disappear him TOMORROW. He is going way off script calling out their corruption.

Very True the game has changed big time !! You can see its so obvious look at KC v Chargers they left Kelsey wide open in the middle of the field to market the Taylor Swift Kelce show and in the second half Chargers with two turn overs turned it right back over to KC who had an obvious fumble overturned. All to keep the game under the total of 48 !!

You are not the target demographic for NFL football anymore. (liberal) white wine ladies and effeminate northeastern males are. Literally the network execs could care less what you think or how bad the competitive product is on the field. They now only cater to leftists and disdain you because you are just a dirty ignorant rube who will come back for their product no matter how much they hate you or your culture.
Don't you just hate that ?

so only 10 times in the history of the NFL has there been a game where 1 team had 10+ penalties and the other team Zero. Dolphins/Eagles last night. Eagles not holding Footage all over twitter of them holding. Dolphins throw a TD and boom holding. No TD. Hurts makes a big play and OL tackles DE and no penalty. Dolphins 4th down and DB grabs face mask and pull him down. No penalty. Sorry Dolphins had no chance last night. Say what u want.
