In all seriousness I'm not hating on Brady/Pats but my god how lucky can a team possibly get? Those 3 plays:
1) The criminal "tuck rule" that robbed Oakland and should've ended the Pats season (won the SB)..
2) SB vs Seattle. 2nd and Goal from the 1 yard line and Carroll decides to throw a pass and not run the most unstoppable running back in the modern era to win the SB?
3) last night was the worst of them all. 1st and 10 on the Pats 20 with an 8 point lead and 4 mins left.. That game was absolutely over if ATL runs the ball 3 times and kicks a FG (Atlanta kicker was 99% from 40 and in).. would've went up 11 and made NE use their last 2 timeouts.
93-0 was the record for teams up by at least 19 points in the 4th. 93-1 after last night.
It's mind boggling how this team continues to benefit from miraculous luck.. Brady can just as easily be 2-5 in the SB..
It's one think to make a play that is lucky (Eli to Tyree) because your luck wasn't reliant on the other team but to have a game stolen from you "tuck rule" and then 2 (top 1 and 2) alltime worst coaching blunders to hand you a SuperBowl? Seriously? It's beyond words.

beyond words.... yet you wrote your thesis on the continued excellence of Tom Brady and the Pats...
Did you not see Tom throwing to Bennet at the goal line to rub it in your face??? he was dying for bennet to catch it in order to prove that you can throw from the 2 or 3 yrd line

Was NE lucky to not have tom brady the first 4 games?
Lucky to have NO TRUE #1 Receiver
Lucky their workhorse fumbled
comeon man ... if you came home to your wife getting banged by a 21 inch cockk and yours was 3 inches how would you feel??
Would you fold or come back with 31 inches to his 28
Sucker
Listen don't waste your time or mines by responding anymore, I didn't read your second post because your first post told me all I need to know about your football acumen and level of incompetence. So have your self a nice night.

You sound silly, you ever hear the saying 1 play doesn't determine the outcome of a game ? There's luck involved in every game and any team that actually makes it to the Super Bowl had some sort of lucky break(s) along the way. I hate Patriots (Jets fan) but as a football fan you can't deny the dynasty of Brady and Bellicheat and call it luck.

Not to nit picking here, just want to be clear it was Seattle OC Darrell Bevell not Pete Carroll made that dammn slant call.

Agree but I'm sure the call went past Carroll who as the head coach has veto power.
Blame the ill fated slant call solely on Bevell not Carroll, Bevell made that call. And guess what? Bevell blamed it to WR Richardo Lockette for not stronger to the ball!! Bevell, dude lacks a strong spine.

And Shanahan blames Freeman for the Matty Ice hit/fumble. The Pats owed me one after that Seattle loss in the SB. It was brutal. 10 point lead, then lose the lead, then get to the goal line and throw a pick. I will go to my grave believing that they did not go to Lynch because in the back of their minds (on an unconscious level) they did not want him getting the MVP. He had been a distraction all year and they were not about to reward him. And Shanahan can say whatever he wants to say, but unconsciously he wanted to prove his genius and it backfired big time.
That is why capping human psychology (in sports) is so important and also so very difficult, because you never know how these knuckleheads will react under duress. Look at the Warriors last year. 3-1 lead, against a team they owned. Then one play, Draymond swinging up at LBJ's balls changed everything. It totally changed the series, like the Matt Ryan fumble in the SB.

It's so easy to tell who loses bets and who wins. Get over it. And everybody says the same b.s. "I actually won a f#ck ton of money and blahbady blah blah but i'm just saying...." The Patriots have had a lot of things go their way over the years but every team does. The Patriots good fortunes are remembered more because they win championships. You don't win 5 chips, go to 7, plus countless other AFC championships they were in and didn't win, because you're just lucky. Or because you're a "system QB". Yes, Atlanta should have won. Yes, they should have ran the ball 3 times and kicked a field goal. The Patriots still had to do their part. The refs didn't just spot them 31 unanswered points. The Falcons "prolific offense" didn't just conk out on it's own either.
TIME TO BRING BACK THE OBAMA CAGES!

Ironically, Marshawn Lynch tweeted "I kno y I didn't get the ball now. Yes Lawd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" after the end of SB LI.

Agree completely on team not wanting Lynch to be the MVP. There was zero logical reason to throw a damn pass from the 1 yard line with that monster in the backfield. Seattle had a timeout as well. Could've ran him twice with chance to get 1 yard.
Ironically Brady tried a pass on second down at the goal line in OT. Beasley should've intercepted it but the football gods weren't having it. Would've been poetic justice.

Marshawn would've got in the endzone. Obviously it's easy to say that now that we'll never know but i've watch that kid break tackles at literally every level.

But, and a big but. If you are going to throw in that situation that is the only kind of pass you are allowed to throw: a fade to the corner where it is one-on-one coverage and a very small chance of an int. You don't throw a slant into the most crowded area in the end zone where if a ball is tipped 10 guys are there to intercept it. It was just absurd. The pass play the pats ran for the two point conversion on the final TD in regulation, now that was a thing of beauty.

Yes 1 play does determine the outcome of a game. You must be new to sports.
Well I must say you must be new to all sports at all levels because it takes a "little luck" to win it all at any level at ANY sport . No winner cannot look back along the path to the crown and not say were were lucky that day.. It's putting yourself in the position to be "lucky" ie playing in the big game that separates the winners from the loser's. .. Pat's did not get a hall pass to all the SB's.. They earned their spots there so they had a shot to get "lucky".. Class over rain man...
